The concept of the institution is not entirely clear.
Everything is unusual there, from the menu to the atmosphere.
But the tinctures are the most common. Amateur food.
Very loud music in the evening. The work of the waiters is not coordinated. It's a long wait for food.
They brought an appetizer with tinctures, there were croutons, they liked them, asked if there were croutons separately, said yes, ordered a portion, brought two! Yes, and completely different croutons, made of different bread and with different cheese, they did not understand what was what, they did not ask, these croutons were not at all! We ordered more tinctures, brought 2, ordered 5)) in short, they bring it, then more, then less, then from another dough)))
They asked us to find out what could be faster from the dishes than 40 minutes of waiting, so they did not answer anything. They asked for the bill and left. Will we come back again? More likely yes than no. But if there is such a "farce" again, then don't set foot there anymore!

An unusual institution for the city of Brest!I was impressed by the light path to the institution very effectively. Polite staff, very clean, which is important both in the hall and in the bathrooms! I recommend visiting not only fans of the 90s theme!

You can have a very tasty and satisfying meal in this place. Awesome interior. While waiting for the dishes, you can walk around like in a museum, look at all sorts of things from the 90s)
