Breathtaking castle and interior, great collection of exhibits, the parks around are nice as well.
Never regret going.
One thing, though, parking might be a bit better organised.
A beautiful and interesting place for those who like to walk through the rooms of palaces and castles and look at the little things of beauty. Immerse yourself in the Middle Ages and touch the history. Very beautiful halls, pleasant guides. It is better to arrive in the morning, as there are many tourist groups in autumn. The surroundings and gardens are no less beautiful, even weasels have been seen in the gardens... Don't go out too far. There is paid parking closer to the castle for about 20-25 cars. Parking on 2 Zamkova Street is paid, 7 bel on the day of the visit.₽ (price for May 2025), entrance ticket to the Castle is 17 BEL. ₽
Many people leave cars outside the territory, but this creates inconvenience when leaving and spoils the landscape (especially after rain).
It's a very beautiful place!
Nesvizh Castle and its surroundings are a very beautiful and picturesque place. We were here as part of our tour of Belarus with friends. We were passing through very early in the morning, as we had a long journey ahead of us and a meeting with relatives and friends. Although our encounter with this landmark was fleeting, we still enjoyed it. It was winter, the January holidays, and a sunny, snowy morning, and there was no one in the neighborhood. We met literally a couple of people who, just like us, stopped by on the way to admire the ancient architectural complex. This "teremok with a turret" is visible from afar due to its rich yellow color. It is framed by a moat, over which a bridge is thrown. We walked through it, went into the courtyard, took some photos, walked along the paths, and enjoyed the wonderful mood. I advise everyone who hasn't been there yet. Even a couple of minutes in this place is worth the whole trip. Moreover, the entire complex has long been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We really enjoyed the castle and the guided tours around it. There is a large park nearby where you can walk. There are also various options for meals: from the restaurant inside the castle (prices start from 20 rubles per dish) to the dining room (we ate in dining room No. 3 for 37 rubles) next to the castle. And behind the castle you can buy shawarma!
There were two exhibitions inside the castle, and overall everything was very interesting and informative. We saw and learned a lot.
A wonderful place, a must-visit!
A huge and well-maintained territory, an interesting tour, beautiful views.
We went through all the halls of the castle. It is clear that much has been restored and there are few authentic exhibits, but still it turns out to feel the richness of the Radziwills)
There are costumes for rent (men's, women's, children's), you can arrange a photo shoot (4 bel.rubles or about 120 Russian rubles, per costume), a souvenir shop. Payment is possible with the MIR card.
We really liked it!
The amazing town of Nesvizh... The Castle grounds are well maintained, there are places to walk, benches, the beach, the air is clean, there are cafes with European cuisine, food tracks in the summer season, outdoor verandas, a large Playground.
The hotel is also very cozy, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are good. We didn't take a tour of the castle, we went by ourselves and got acquainted with the sights.
I recommend you to visit.
One of the best places to relax and walk for the whole day! A beautiful museum, interesting exhibits. There are a lot of tourists and it would be good to develop the field of nutrition, now there are a couple of places to eat, but for such a place this is not enough and the level of establishments is not 5 stars. It's very nice that they produce their own chocolate for the castle - it's delicious and a great gift)
Excellent historical and cultural complex. Of course, I would like to improve the park a little, but on the whole it is acceptable.
The group of cafes at the entrance to the park is confusing, it doesn't quite fit into the style.
And, of course, the rental of children's cars... I understand that people want to make money, but it is precisely because of this that any desire to visit the park disappears, and it's not about money for "riding for 5 minutes", but about the fact that these cars have never been washed from dirt, not to mention antiseptic treatment, etc.
5 points!
Be sure to go without hesitation.
It's the most beautiful castle I've ever seen.
Be sure to take a tour, the guides are amazing, it's 1000 times more interesting to walk around the castle, the story is interesting.
He's beautiful inside and out.
The park is also huge.
We only took a tour inside, but I saw guides with groups taking us around the park.
The entrance price is ridiculous, ~45 BEL...It's worth it 100%
I liked the castle! The territory itself, the architecture, and the interior. It was interesting to go and see... But it's probably better to spend more time studying the exhibits! We had limited time, so we ran quickly and without an excursion. It is possible to get an audio guide at the box office for 8 bel.rub. On site, you can take photos in costumes and in a carriage... Very beautiful territory! I recommend you to visit!!!
It's a very atmospheric place.
You find yourself in a fairy-tale castle from children's fairy tales.
I recommend that you come to the opening, while there are no tour groups yet, to enjoy exploring both the castle and the surrounding area. On-site you can have a snack in a cafe or in a restaurant. The cafe has very affordable prices and is delicious.
In winter, the castle is open from 9 to 18, in summer from 10 to 19. Tickets can be purchased on the castle's website and paid with a Mir card, and tickets are also sold on site. For an additional fee, you can take photos in costumes from the castle's construction period. I recommend you to visit.
One of the places to visit in Belarus. An ancient, well-preserved castle with its amazing history. It is better to explore with a guide, we came across a very good, involved, intelligent man who knows very well not only the history of the castle, but also deeply understands all historical issues including the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and modern Belarus.
There is a restaurant and a hotel on site, you can live in the atmosphere of the Middle Ages and take a walk in the surroundings of medieval princes.
For the entertainment of the guests, the museum provides costumes of the court nobility for photos.
Nesvizh Castle is a fairy tale! It is 110 km from Minsk. It was nice to ride the bus and look at the manicured fields, clean villages where there are no tall fences like ours. In Nesvizh, we first visited the church, which is very beautiful and active. Further along the alley between two ponds we went to the castle itself. It is a very magnificent building. But the inner rooms were even more impressive. What a huge work of historians, restorers, builders! During the Great Patriotic War, a German hospital was located here. Before the liberation of the city, the Germans even took out the parquet. In Soviet times, there was a sanatorium here. Many interiors have now been restored. You need to see this with your own eyes and hear the legend of the black lady of Nesvizh. There are many portraits of the Radziwills - princes of the Holy Roman Empire, owners of the castle. Mir Castle is 30 km away. There is a legend that these castles were connected by an underground passage through which it was possible to drive in a carriage. Take the time to visit these castles, this is our cultural heritage!
A wonderful place, an interesting castle! The most pleasant and extensive territory, it would be nice to spend the whole day here, and take a walk in all the court parks.
There is a lot of beauty and interesting information about the Radziwill dynasty in the interiors.
A great place with a beautiful territory. The castle is filled with the spirit of the Middle Ages and historical artifacts. You can take medieval costumes for a photo shoot, a very fun event.
A very beautiful historical park where you can walk or ride an electric scooter or bicycles.
It's a very interesting place. Nicely. Nice park. Parking, of course, is a problem. There is very little space. I have to park in the field next to the entrance to the park. But there is a very good cafe on the territory of the castle itself in the old interiors. It's delicious and the prices are adequate. At the entrance to the castle, immediately to the right. I didn't remember the name. We enjoyed the walk.
Nesvizh Castle. Belarus.
The palace and castle complex is located in the northeastern part of the city of Nesvizh in the Minsk region. An architectural monument of the XVI—XVIII centuries. It was founded by Prince Nikolai Christopher Radziwill Sirotka in 1582, and the main works were completed by 1600. During the XVI — XX centuries it was the residence of the Radziwill princes.
Nesvizh Castle is the ancestor of a new type of bastion fortifications in Belarus — the so-called New Italian system. At the time of construction, the castle was considered one of the strongest and most advanced buildings of its type. There was no shortage of artillery, handguns, and military ammunition in the castle. The castle had an important military significance for several centuries, and was the site of a concentration of the private army of the Radziwills.
The architectural ensemble of the Nesvizh Castle is currently a historical and cultural museum-reserve.
👇 Some names of the halls in Nesvizh Castle:
🍁 Starry Hall. It got its name from a decorative element — an eight-pointed star on the ceiling.
, The Golden Hall. It got its name because of the abundance of gilding and ornate wall panels.
, Small dining hall. It was intended for small, family meals. The hall was called the Walnut or Walnut dining room because of the color of the oak panels on the walls.
The Hetman's Hall. It appeared in the palace in the XVIII century as the hall of the Vishnevetsky princes as a sign of kinship with the Radziwills.
, Hunting hall. It houses a collection of hunting trophies.
It is a very beautiful, perfectly restored place. The park, the river and the castle left an indelible impression. The food in the restaurant is delicious! I recommend you to visit.
The territory is not large, but very cozy and beautiful!
Only the most positive emotions and impressions. Vivid memories. The sightseeing tour is wonderful. The guide was amazing, she told and showed everything with such inspiration and interest. 5 stars. The architecture is striking and impressive. Everything is great!
It's a very cool place.
It is a pleasure to come here with children. To see the living castle of the 16th century, it is a force.
Everything is well maintained and restored. Incredibly beautiful parks around.
You can take a carriage ride through the park. The tour is like this. After visiting several parks on foot, that's it.
There is also a hotel in the castle itself. The standard rooms in the new building are not so cool. But the suites are located in the castle itself. There's a fire. Incredibly high ceilings, large area, Jacuzzi. But 2 adults and 2 children had a great time. To say that it is not expensive, probably not. For 2 nights 1200-1300 bel RUB. But it was worth it. The children are delighted. The tour of the castle is also interesting for both children and adults.
I recommend it! If you like to walk, see the sights and enjoy it.
A unique place with magnificent views. The castle is very impressive and exquisite. Previously, he performed defensive tasks. The castle is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The guides tell us very interesting things. The tour was taken from a Companion, and also included a visit to Nesvizh Castle (also very interesting). We were in October, the views are just magical.
Excellent palace, excellent restoration, excellent placement of the exhibition. Museum lights are generally a work of art - it's rare to see such a thing in museums. Be sure to take a guided tour - there is a lot of additional information. Thanks
There are not many historical sights in Belarus that are worthy of an unconditional visit and from which the effect of "wow" (in Our language, "wow!!!") arises. I'm writing this without any humiliation, it just happened that way and there are reasons for it. Nesvizh Castle is one of the places that you can spend a lot of time visiting. It is about 100 km from the capital, and if you travel by car, it is convenient to get there. The castle has been relatively recently restored, and therefore looks quite photogenic. It's a bit disappointing for the quality of the exterior restoration, the brick walls around the moat are already crumbling, but inside, to an unassuming eye, the flaws are invisible. It is interesting to walk through the halls of the castle, to see and hear about its history, the lives of its owners and inhabitants. Take an excursion or "stick" to someone else's – you won't lose. I've been here twice. First by myself, and then with my grandson, and I think I'll come here again with my granddaughter. There are ponds and a park area around the castle, there is a place to walk, relax and have a snack. From Nesvizh, you can move to another interesting castle, owned by the same owners (Radziwills) and located in the village of Mir (Mir Castle). Locks are somewhat similar, but, nevertheless, they are different. One summer day will be enough to visit both of them and to travel from Minsk and back to Minsk.
Beautifully restored castle. The scale of the Radziwills and investments in reconstruction are felt. Great gallery. Excellent guides. There is a restaurant and a cafe. There is a large park, there are paths around the ponds.
A good historical institution, everything is equipped at a high level. Inside there are exhibits from the era of exploitation of residents by family clans, surrounded by a good park and a water system. Everything is high-quality and interesting.
After the palaces of St. Petersburg, I thought there wasn't much that could surprise me, but no!!! A very beautiful medieval castle. A must-see for all tourists! And thank you for the costume room in the palace, for just 4 rubles you will be dressed and photographed in the castle hall. By the way, the staff themselves took me just wonderful photos. Thank you, I really liked everything.
Good souvenir shops and cafes.
Beautiful castle complex. Not far from another castle in the village of Mir. It's good both inside and out. There is a beautiful park and pond nearby. Landscaped area around the pond. There is a beautiful Catholic church and a town hall in the town! I highly recommend it
That's really cool! The restored castle. An interesting exposition and the history of the Radziwill family. Beautiful park, lake.
A separate high-end hotel in the castle. I remembered the Spanish Parades.
You will spend two nights and two days with pleasure, do not hesitate.
It's very beautiful, an interesting tour, and in summer, there must be amazing views of the parks! There are even legends about a ghost that saved the castle twice! In general, I recommend everyone to visit there and see with their own eyes!
In central Russia, castles are not very common, they are all palaces, chambers, kremlins, etc. There is nothing pompous or outstanding, mostly a prop, but it is useful for general development. In this castle, I recommend viewing the manor chambers, the church, etc. He is without security guards, without a prison dungeon (for this you have to go to Mir Castle), here the Radziwills walked and had fun, etc. But everything is decorated with love and it is felt in every detail. Free parking, the cost is 6 rubles without a time limit, and there is free parking, but you will have to walk a kilometer. There is a huge park around the castle where you can walk. There is not an expensive cafe on the castle grounds.
Majestic castle, magnificent interiors, beautiful park, very friendly staff! Tickets can be purchased using the WORLD map. The cost is relatively low. I highly recommend you to visit, do not drive by!
If you want to feel like a noble from the Radziwill family, you should visit the Nesvizh Castle complex.
I recommend visiting the Hetman restaurant in the evening, especially the hall with a LARGE table. I recommend trying fish and meat dishes, snacks, shingles and, of course, local tincture.
Excellent service, fabulous atmosphere and rich decoration will not leave you indifferent.
We spent the night at the hotel at the castle. Our room wasn't big, but it was cozy.
We went on an excursion to Nesvizh Castle on our own. A peaceful, beautiful and quiet place around the castle. There is a cafe.
The castle itself was striking in its beauty. You can take a guided tour, or you can take an audio guide. It's amazing how the exhibits have been preserved. It's very beautiful.! I recommend watching it.
It was for the May holidays in 2025... we drove up to the territory. There were a lot of cars.. at first I wanted to go to the parking lot, but the kind people said it was better not to go there. Because it's always packed. It's good that we ended up parked outside the territory... And we walked through the park ... at first, when we entered the arch of the castle, we saw a ticket office, there were people standing, But we were told that there was another ticket office a little further after the arch to the left, we went there, but there were just as many people there)))) We bought tickets and walked through the corridors of the museum, it was crowded, very stuffy. In general, the museum is not bad, but in St. Petersburg the Stieglitz castle will be more posh)) there was a huge traffic jam on the territory because the road is narrow, people enter the territory hoping to park, But there are no places, and those who leave the parking lot cannot leave either because the road is narrow. And the funny thing is that you have to pay for parking in the toilet!!!!! In the bathroom!!! The woman in front of me stood and swore that she was resting in the hotel of this castle and there was no place to park the car... You're standing there wanting to pee, for example, or something more serious, and in front of you is a kilometer-long queue of people who want to pay for parking.... In short, there is no organization and order here.. it's better not to enter the territory, take a walk through the park
I visited with an excursion, a very beautiful place and a beautiful park, there is something to see and where to walk, I wanted to come on my own and walk around the park for a long time, wander around a small well-groomed town. Special thanks to the guide at the museum - Elena, the girl talks so fascinatingly! Conducts the tour with love for the place and with enthusiasm! I wanted to go on a costume tour and on a night tour - there are such things too! To see the ghost of the beautiful Barbara! But as I understand it, not everyone is so lucky with a guide!
We were on a weekday, and there were a lot of people. The parking lot isn't too big, and I suspect it's pretty full on weekends. There's not too much room in the lobby for putting on shoe covers, but that's where the negative aspects end. Wonderful halls, magnificent exposition, very worthy guides. A huge park, a wonderful pond. I sincerely recommend you to visit.
It's an amazing place, when you enter the castle, it's like you're back in those days. Beautiful stucco, paintings, weapons of those times, furniture and many, many more things. I definitely recommend this place. Tickets are not expensive, only 17₽/person (at our rate around 500₽). You can change into costumes and take pictures against the background of the castle. A large park with sculptures. There is a cafe near the castle, relatively inexpensive with delicious food. There are various excursions, but we did not take them. They also conduct quests, but this is for groups of several people. Will we come here again? I think so.
A large complex with a park, there is no Parking. Cars are parked in front of the entrance, walking. It was in October 2024. Of course, the decor is beautiful, the knight's armor, weapons, equipped rooms for the realistic decor of those years. I recommend you to visit.
It's a very beautiful castle! We've been there three times already! We always live in the Palace Hotel in the castle itself. A very interesting tour of the castle premises. Nearby is the cathedral, which houses the crypt of the Radziwills. The park is beautiful! I advise everyone!
A beautiful restored palace. The interiors are impressive, the characters of that time walk through the halls, it's interesting. The amazing history of the country on the example of one castle. It is better to visit with a guide or an audio guide. There is a parking lot, a beautiful park. Nearby there is a paid Parking, cafe, toilet.
A very beautiful castle, definitely worth a visit, rich expositions, picturesque park ensemble, I recommend staying overnight - it is atmospherically illuminated + many excursions
A beautiful old European city. A wonderful walking tour with a visit to historical sites. The lock is in perfect condition. There is an opportunity to have a delicious snack.
Much has already been written about Nesvizh Castle. It is certainly beautiful. Of course, it's interesting. The views of the castle are fantastic. A huge well-maintained park, along the paths you can ride bicycles, velomobiles and scooters. A little advice from myself. It is best to get to the castle from the bus station in the direction of the Church of the Body of God. 10 minutes on foot - and you are there. And if you put a castle in the map right away, you will get a route for 30 minutes (and you will want to call a taxi: that's what we did, and then we realized that we were stupid). First, go to the Church (there is the tomb of the Radzevills), and then within walking distance (2-3 minutes, if you do not slow down near the souvenirs) and the entrance to the castle park.
It's a very gorgeous museum. Visited 31.01.2025. The tutor is a professional in his field. She told me everything so clearly that you understand that you want to feel like a resident of this castle. Moreover, there is an opportunity to rent a room and stay for a while. We will definitely come again. Thank you.
The castle is beautiful from the outside. There is a large park in front of the castle, where it is pleasant to walk. That's all the advantages. The ticket is only a general 21 b.r. (there is also a separate ticket "entrance to the courtyard", but I do not know why it is at all, although someone took it). There is a huge queue at the ticket office at the entrance, at least 20-30 minutes. (For an additional fee, you can take a guided tour, the guides dial right at the entrance, by shouting 🤣). Then enter the courtyard, which is a bazaar. We got to the event, so some of the entrances to the palace itself were blocked, called "you won't get in." The museum itself in the castle is beautiful, BUT the inspection is organized at the "horror" level, go to 2, then 3, then 1, then 2 to get out. Half of the halls were missed, magic in general. There are many employees, but they do not regulate this moment in any way, apparently it is not a royal matter.
Parking in front of the park is not provided. There are a couple of places, and then everyone parks in the bushes, on the side of the road, in the middle of the road, in general, who is good at what. Then some people can't leave.
It's a beautiful castle. Guided tours, beautiful interiors, you can take photos in vintage outfits. There is a park and a lake where you can walk. There's a nice cafe in front of the castle. I recommend you to visit.
The place is mandatory to visit when traveling to Belarus. The chic castle has a huge number of valuable exhibits that convey the atmosphere and spirit of the owners. The most beautiful ceilings, chandeliers, furniture, interior items and even dishes have been preserved. The blonde tour guide deserves a special word: a very interesting presentation of the material, equipped with subtle humor, interesting parallels with modern realities, and not just a retelling of dry facts. This is the coolest tour guide I've ever seen. There is a park and a lake nearby, where you can walk in good weather
It's a beautiful place, lots of interesting things. To see everything properly, you need to spend almost the whole day there. For 2-3 hours, just a survey and almost running.. Parking is bad, especially from the castle side. There are few places and parking is small, although it is paid. If I had known, I would have left the car at the entrance, like many others. There seemed to be better parking on the side of the town hall.
It's an atmospheric place, I've been here 3 times already, and now I'm with guests from Russia. Everyone liked it and got an aesthetic pleasure. I recommend you to visit. We had lunch at the Chabarok cafe, which is not far from the Church (it's hard to find, there is no sign, but it's delicious).
