I enjoyed relaxing here. I was at the hotel from July 20, 2023 to 08/03/2013. This is 15days/14h, All meals.
I would say that it is more comfortable and tastier here than at the Sural Saray 5* Side Hotel, where I spent 15 days in 2022.
They were brought to the hotel on July 20 around 10 a.m. Immediately, a courteous employee at the reception offered to go to the restaurant for breakfast, which is open until 10-30. I ate a delicious meal, after which I was immediately escorted by a young guy to my room. A very polite young man explained everything to me in the room: how to use the safe, how to set up the air conditioner, etc.
The sea is clean, the restaurant always has a large selection of food: sweets, meat, fish, all kinds of side dishes, fruits, vegetables, even seafood.There are a lot of sun beds, you can not occupy them, only if you do not prefer the 1st line on the beach. But for a small fee, a beach employee will always provide you with a place on the first line.

The hotel is good. The staff is very friendly. There are almost no Russian tourists (one family just met). Mostly Germans and Turks have a rest. But the massage is disgusting: it is expensive and they have no idea what a Thai massage really is. But the owner of the massage parlor promised that soon he would have a masseuse from Bali working for him. Well, let's see (by the way, we got the money back for the massage as compensation for the ruined dress )

We are currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is aimed at German tourists and Turks. During the 4 days of our stay, we did not meet anyone from Russia. The attitude of the staff is excellent. The concept of the hotel has changed. The hotel is now only for adults. The staff teaches Russian. So far, only the phrases on duty (good morning, thank you, please). Some issues can be solved by communicating in German. We are served on a par with Turks and Germans. They don't make VIP people out of them. The kitchen is wonderful, you can always find something delicious for yourself. The room stock is a bit old, but it's not critical for me. Everything is in working order. The beach is wide, sun beds near the sea and by the pool do not need to be occupied in advance. There are always empty seats. Now there are a few small disadvantages. Locals can also relax on the beach, spread towels on the sand and hang out. But this is probably the policy of the local authorities. After all, the hotel is located within the city limits. And the second disadvantage, for me personally, is a very warm sea and 60 meters to go to the depth. Since the beach and the bottom are sand, the water near the shore is muddy.
