We stayed at the Neptune Bay Hotel in March 2025. We checked in quickly, helped to lift the suitcases to the room. We had a triple room, and I was pleased with the view of the pool and the ocean. The area is small, but everything you need is there: a comfortable four-poster double bed, a separate bed for a child, a wardrobe, a refrigerator. The plumbing is in good condition, the hair dryer is working, the towels are clean. A balcony with a table and three chairs Service: ● The staff is polite and helpful, speaks English and very little Russian. ● Cleaning on request , high-quality ● Wi-Fi works well throughout the area Meals -breakfast only ● A restaurant on the very shore of the ocean gives you the opportunity to enjoy both food and views at the same time. ● Varied menu: meat, fish, vegetables, fruits ● Good choice of drinks ● There are practically no queues Territory: ● Green, well-groomed ● 1 swimming pool ● Spacious lobby with reception Location: ● 1min walk to the beach ● Excellent location ● Clean rooms ● Good service ● Varied nutrition ● Beautiful territory I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the coastline and the absence of high waves.

The hotel is located in the very center of the beach - a very good location. The hotel itself is in a colonial style, the rooms in the main building have not yet been renovated. Clean, very concise, I would like more organomics. To clean the room, you need to put a sign on the door, but you can't do it yourself. The breakfasts are the same, but delicious.

It's a disgusting restaurant. Terrible service and equally terrible cuisine. The feeling that they don't need customers. We waited for the menu for 5 minutes, we came for the order after another 10, the food was served after another 40 minutes, we waited for the receipt for another 15 minutes. And all this despite the fact that we were alone. The employees are completely disdainful. The food is disgusting. Tom yam is just water, the noodles are dry, without a hint of sauce and chicken. And all this at fairly high prices. Plus one - they are located right on the central beach. But there are plenty of much better cafes there.
