What I liked: the friendly administrator, there is the possibility of a free trial workout, the coach showed how the simulator works before the lesson, during the lesson he also clarified how we (beginners) were, told us to focus on our feelings for the first time. But unfortunately, we won't come a second time, because light stimulation is like in a club and very loud music + the microphone at the coach, which hurts my ears + the physical activity itself, rapid pulse = a combo of flying into wild anxiety for me personally. This is not what you would expect from a health-improving sport (If I were the organizers, I would warn people at the start about the volume level at least.

I really like this gym, I've been going almost since its opening. Everything is clean, spacious, and there are no foreign odors. The staff is responsive, they always come up with something new, I also really like personal trainers, so far this is an ideal place for me to practice sports.

I was on cycling. The training is normal, but it's a little hot in the gym. They give out small towels. You need to buy water or bring it with you.
I didn't like the men's locker room. Very cramped, for 2-3 people. And there should be more people there at the same time. There are only 2 shower stalls and they are VERY cramped.
