I'm surprised by some of the reviews. They choose the cheapest 3* hotel, but they want to be greeted like Arab sheikhs, with a red carpet and concubines standing and fanning them with fans. I chose it out of economy and was afraid it would be hard, but I was pleasantly surprised. All the negative aspects are honestly stated in the description of the hotel, that the rooms are small - 20 m2 and that the last renovation was carried out in 2016, which means that the building itself and the rooms require repair. But if you've read this, then don't be surprised that the rooms are small and the furniture is shabby. There are no bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, shampoos, and therefore the cheapest. Oh, about the rest in fact. The hotel is clean and the corridors, halls, stairs and rooms are cleaned daily. Towels are changed, 2 bottles of water and 2 bags of coffee are given. Bed linen is changed after 3-4 days. Beach towels are provided daily. The room had air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle - everything was working. At night, the air conditioner was turned off and we slept with the window open. The mosquitoes didn't bother. The window overlooks a quiet courtyard, so it's quiet, the birds are singing in the morning, despite the proximity of noisy streets. The hotel is kind of blocked off by other buildings. Parking is available in the courtyard and under the building if you rent a car. I took a bike. The rental office is right in the courtyard, very convenient. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and welcoming. Even the cleaning lady smiles watching you slap on the freshly cleaned floor. The reception staff doesn't know Russian, but they have translators installed on their smartphones, so if you can't explain yourself on your fingers, you can use your smartphone. All issues are resolved. The WI-FI in the hotel works well, you just need to figure out the settings. It allowed not only to communicate at the household level, but also to work remotely. When I bought a local SIM card, it turned out that my wife had a higher speed via wi-fi. They write that the breakfasts are monotonous. And where are they not monotonous? Only in expensive hotels there is a choice of 45 dishes, but here out of 10, they are all over fried eggs and sausages anyway. And the biggest plus is the location. The beach is 100 meters away. nearby there are shops, pharmacies and places where you can eat and buy fruits, massage parlors, markets and an evening promenade along the embankment. In some reviews, they write about the theft of money in the rooms. It is surprising why leave money in a visible place if there is a safe. But if it was stolen, then I would not unequivocally blame the staff. It is possible that there are unreliable guests. Door locks are the simplest. Keep your valuables in the safe. No insects except small ants were seen. Do not leave leftovers on the table, and wipe the table after eating and they will not be there. Of course, if you are not strapped for funds, you can choose a much better hotel. For a budget option, this is a good choice.
We were in it 2 times. It's very decent for a budget hotel. The breakfasts are good, what's the criticism of breakfasts? What do tourists eat at home? :) Are they preparing 20-course breakfasts for themselves? This is not an all-inclusive Turkey.

A very non-flashy neat classic three. The staff is unobtrusive, but friendly and helpful. Entrance from the courtyard, 200 m to the beach, 10 m to the exchanger, 5 m to the food, the central street of this neighborhood. Everything is nearby, what is needed, what is not - a bike taxi from another corner, fast and cheap. I liked everything. Recommend. Of course, not for those who did not come to Pataya, but to live in a hotel.
