A small family-run hotel. Everything you need is there (furniture, appliances, dishes, bed linen, towels).
We were greeted warmly, helped to order food (we stopped by at night).
Yes! There is a construction site opposite, BUT it does not interfere at all. The start of work is not earlier than in the morning, they finish work in the evening working hours.
We booked this hotel for 2 days during the trip to Fethiye and Oludeniz. We lived in Antalya ourselves. We came to see the local beautiful places.
If there was a choice to stay in Fethiye for 3 months or more for a family, I would recommend it.
Infrastructure: near cafes, markets, chain markets.

I rented a hotel for 2 days. The shower room was not much damaged, but the stove, dishes, refrigerator were all there. There weren't many people. The basik is all at our disposal. The beds are good. Price is quality. Everything was there to spend the night and cook.

We spent a month in this place: mid-September - mid-November. During this time, we managed to form a complete picture of the apart-hotel.
Positive:
1) Large and comfortable bed in the bedroom, comfortable sofas in the living room;
2) Spacious balconies with tables in some rooms. Photos in the app;
3) Clean and comfortable sun beds;
4) The refrigerator and washing machine are in good condition;
5) Grocery and butcher shops, bus stop and taxi call are just a few steps away.
Minuses:
1) Hot water is regularly lost. To solve the problem, it is necessary to inform the owner and wait for several hours, which causes severe discomfort. Photos in the app;
2) Slow and not constant Internet connection. The Wi-Fi router is located outside the rooms (on the landing). You can't get a stable connection through two walls. In our case, there was no connection in either the bedroom or the living room;
3) An uncomfortable dining table. There is a small distance between the table and the chair, the legs do not fit. Also, the table is unstable;
4) A construction site across the street. In the last two weeks of our stay, the construction process has intensified. It can be very noisy, closing the windows does not save. Photos in the app;
5) During the stay, we did not see the pool being cleaned. There were foliage, insects and the like in the pool.
At the time of check-in, there were bed bugs in our room. We were immediately relocated and the next day began to fix the problem. We are pleased with the prompt response to the problem.
