NationalThe bank is located in the city center, a chic three-storey building. It is equipped with the latest technologies. It was 30.07., it was hot, and it was cool and pleasant in the bank building. The staff is friendly. All the amenities for customers have been created. Clean, neat. They work quickly and accurately. There are no complaints at all.

It is located in the city center, so 1 star, as well as 0 stars, got a queue at the cash register for individuals, and there they themselves unwound the queue and waited for the driest customers, skipping legal entities along the way, and plus tanish-bilish also has 16 operators (in front of my eyes there was a queue that costs me after 50 people) I am very dissatisfied with the bank's service, respect for individuals 0

Feedback:
The NBU Bank left mixed impressions. The reception is working well – the staff are polite and help with orientation. However, there are a number of significant drawbacks. Firstly, not all cash registers are working, which is why the waiting time increases significantly. In addition, some customers are allowed to skip the queue, which causes dissatisfaction among other visitors. Unfortunately, some employees behave quite rudely, which leaves a negative impression. In general, there is something to work on to improve the level of service in the bank.
