Perfect location

The hotel inside the fortress - all the iconic places are within walking distance. Breakfasts are cooked right hot - from the fire and on your table. Thanks to the cook - everything is very tasty, everything is fresh. The room is very warm (minus outside). The hotel has an observation deck on the roof, from where you can view the surroundings. There is no refrigerator and kettle in the room - but this was solved easily - when we asked, they immediately brought us boiling water. There is air conditioning and a TV. Large bathtub, all necessary accessories (including disposable toothbrushes and slippers).

A very cozy place. It is located in the center of the fortress. There is a lovely Terrace restaurant nearby. The only place where it was warm. The house has underfloor heating. Everything is made of wood, it looks very attractive. The breakfasts are excellent. Served in a local service. The owner is very kind, he will always help.
There is no kettle or refrigerator in the room, but you can always ask the hosts. So it's not a problem.

The Nozira Hotel is a pleasant, small hotel in the center of the old town of Khiva. There is a beautiful veranda on the roof of the hotel, which overlooks the central square. The four of us stayed in two double rooms. The rooms were different: one was bigger, with a bathtub, the other smaller, with a shower - that's how the card would fit. During the two days we were here, the rooms were not cleaned, and this is a minus. The buffet is not very varied, and the dishes are not updated immediately. The staff is friendly, as are people in Uzbekistan in general. The hotel justifies its three stars, but no more.

A cozy hotel within the walls of the Old Town, within walking distance to the sights of Khiva. The owner was very helpful in arranging the transfer in connection with the transfer of the flight back to Russia. Very friendly and hospitable people.

A very nice little hotel! There's no other way to say it). Shoes are removed at the entrance, then either in slippers or barefoot - very traditionally. The breakfast is normal, the rooms are enough for the stated 3* (water, kettle, air conditioning), the location is gorgeous!
Highly recommended.

Nasira Boutique Hotel is located in the inner fortress of Khiva. It feels amazing – you live in the heart of a UNESCO monument, surrounded by streets, buildings and workshops of a medieval city!
The hotel is very quiet and clean, the room is elegant at home - a bright wool rug on the floor, a voluminous fabric panel made of Uzbek silk in pastel tones on the wall, echoing the decor of the hall. The beds are comfortable, sleeping comfortably. We were in winter, in the cold – and rejoiced in the cozy warmth! Air conditioning is provided in the room for summer. Everything works flawlessly in the bathroom, consumables are in due quantity
For breakfast there are numerous national dishes, hot, fresh, delicious, dinner is simply amazing! Nuts, fruits, incomparable homemade apricot jam, fig jam, oriental sweets are constantly on the table...
The owner of the hotel is remarkably friendly and hospitable, any problem that arises with his help is solved instantly.

A great hotel within walking distance of attractions. The hotel is located within the old town of Ichan-Kala. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay (toiletries, slippers, towels). The breakfasts are homemade, the hostess prepares everything in the morning and serves a buffet. And you have breakfast with a gorgeous view. The hotel has a lovely terrace on the second floor where you can sit and enjoy the view of the city. (Photo attached)

A good hotel in the historical center of Khiva, in the Ichan-Kala fortress. The room was on the 1st floor, we slept peacefully, opened the window at night, there are no mosquitoes, it's quiet. The owner agreed to an early check-in, the sister arrived at 3 a.m., and took a cheaper room, although she had to be persuaded. The breakfasts are delicious. There is an exit to the roof, which offers a beautiful view of the fortress.

The host provided answers to all the questions we asked.
And where to eat, and how to go to the desert.
The rooms are good, our preferences were taken into account.
The faucet and the hair dryer were broken, but everything was quickly replaced with another one.

Great place. The location is class, the owner is super, the hotel is one of the best from our trip to 4 cities of Uzbekistan.
1. The room has underfloor heating
2. Water and kitchen are freely available, including dishes, coffee, tea, sweets..
3. Good: delicious and varied breakfasts
4. All the necessary little things are provided in the room and in the bathroom
5. Great view from the window
6. Magnificent veranda with swings
Maybe I missed something else... But, in general, I RECOMMEND IT!!!!

An interesting hotel, located in the old town. Please note that the building is old, the partitions and ceilings are wooden, the audibility is very good. Everything is beautiful inside. The owner is good-natured, always happy to help. On the second floor there are tables where you can drink tea and coffee. In the morning, breakfast is also there. There is also a swing in the attic and you can climb to the roof, where cool photos are obtained.

Wonderful location. The room has everything and even a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste set. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. The mattresses are comfortable. The Wi-Fi works well. The owner Ruslan is friendly, he will tell you everything. The breakfasts are delicious. And what a stunning view from the roof of the hotel!!!!!

We have a tour of Uzbekistan. We are from Tyumen) Khiva is fabulous!!! Especially in the morning and evening, I highly recommend taking a walk and enjoying the views. The Nazira Guest House is clean and has everything you need! The bed is comfortable! You can drink tea on the veranda, almost like the sultan's beloved wife!)))! The breakfasts are delicious! This is a family run hotel, the host and staff are very wonderful!! It so happened that we had the door to the room open all day and everything was fine) I recommend the hotel! Thank you to the owner for the attitude!!!💖
