This is a terrible place, I do not know how in other branches, but this is just terrible, in the first screenshot I ask you to make me a cake based on a photo, they ACCEPTED the order, there were NO words that they would not be able to do something AT LEAST SIMILAR! THEY ISSUED IT as if nothing had happened! I ordered in advance, for an important event! If I had known THAT THEY WOULD MAKE ME THIS, what's in the second photo, I would have immediately said that it didn't suit me, and would have turned to another pastry shop, but they apparently decided to take it anyway, taking an advance payment. I gave more than 6 thousand for this squalor in the second photo, although I could have chosen in another pastry shop, even if it was more expensive, but WHAT I ASKED FOR. You ruined the party, I accepted this cake only because there was no time to change for another one, time was limited. What the hell am I getting instead of what I originally demanded, what's in the second photo, it's NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I originally sent, there's only one name from the cake, they made a complete collective farm out of a normal example, leaving only the inscription (at least thanks for that). If you don't know how to do it, then don't do it, or at least warn us that there will be changes. No customer orientation, absolutely. And if someone was allergic to these berries, which NO ONE ASKED FOR, it would be bullying.
I do not recommend this place terribly, I think I was stupidly deceived and the money was taken away. They couldn't do their job at all. Even those who make cakes at home can handle everything 100%. If it was possible to rate it at 0, I would have done so.

I recently visited the Nazik store on Satpaevo 55A, I really liked everything, the pastries are always fresh, delicious, and the excellent staff are always polite, not counting baking and cooking, the cakes are also very tasty and fresh, I want to express my gratitude to the chefs who cook it all, come and you will not regret anything, thank you very much for your work I will definitely come again
