The cuisine is good but no much choice to the European taste, most dishes are local Kazakh ones, so if you are trying to stick to a healthy diet you won't be spoiled for choice here - most dishes are fatty, fried and calorie-packed. Also, the service is a bit too salesy, other than that - it's good.

I really liked the restaurant on Abaya Street. We tried pilaf, beshbarmak, shish kebab - everything is very tasty. Napoleon was served for dessert, and it was also very tasty. The atmosphere in the restaurant is family-friendly. I recommend you to visit.

I was at the "Navat" on Rozybakiev. I liked everything very much 👌🏻 There is its own Parking, the staff is very friendly, the kitchen is generally top 👍🏻 I ate besh from the bottom of my heart, I ate kebabs. The prices are reasonable. I advise you to go. I'll come back more than once 👍🏻

A cozy place, a large bright hall. The air conditioners are working. Pleasant atmosphere and quiet, calm music. The waitress Janerke served. I immediately served a complement of "shalap" and a basket of baursaks. We ordered Chinese chicken with peanuts, brizole with fries and a kettle of velvet east tea. The portions are large, the dishes are delicious and hearty. The wait was short-lived. Thank you very much for a pleasant time spent in peace and quiet.

A very nice and pleasant restaurant with excellent responsive and pleasant staff and a good bar. However, the kitchen is just terrible. Perhaps the cook is good at meat dishes and national cuisine, but he turns out an ordinary omelet just terribly and instead of cheesecakes, he just put a cheese mixture on the dish and poured it with berry sauce. The institution must either change the cook, or exclude from the menu what he does not know how to cook.

In general, I love this network.
I was at this point for the first time after their discovery.
A large, bright, spacious hall.
At the entrance, the hostess greets, polite and friendly girls. They are well dressed and smiling. They are welcomed both in Kaz and in Rus. They were escorted to a table. They immediately noticed a crutch in their hands and offered a table with sofas. Attentive.
The waiter came up after 4-5 minutes. There is an electronic menu, but we asked for a printed one.
We didn't order much, a portion of guira lagman, a portion of homemade lagman, homemade salad and Tashkent tea.
Tea was brought first, tea for 3 out of 5 cups. Is sugar syrup added instead of honey?! We asked for sugar-free with honey, honey separately!
The salad was brought next. Light salad, cabbage, corn, Raisins. Not bad.
Then they brought guira laghman for me. (I must say right away the waiter did not ask how to bring the dishes, when ready or the first number).
I didn't touch the lagman, I was waiting for a homemade lagman for a friend to be brought, because I didn't want to see him looking at me with hungry eyes as I ate.
It took about 25-30 minutes.
The waiter noticed that I was waiting for a dish to be brought for a friend, he offered to take my guira, warm it up and bring it all together. This is a plus. The waiter is great in this regard.
Here we were delighted and waited.
45 minutes have passed, we are both sitting without dishes)))
I invited the receptionist's girlfriend, as I understood it. After explaining the situation, she apologized and rushed to the kitchen, in short, there is an open kitchen.
It was interesting to watch, it was clear from her gestures and face that she was unhappy with the kitchen and demanded to explain the reason for the delay. Next, she told us that it turns out that the gravy for lagman had run out and it was being prepared.
Exactly 1 hour later, our dishes were brought to us and a compliment with apologies in the form of dessert. Well done.
I may be wrong, but my guiru seems to have been heated in a microwave, which left it without gravy, and the noodles stuck to the plate.
Against the background of a positive attitude towards this network, there was no particular anger and frustration.
But there are still disadvantages: Tashkent tea, belated dishes, the method of warming up, there is no kitchen and hall connectedness.

Not so long ago, disappointed with the service of Navat on Dostyk, I decided to stop our gatherings in the restaurant. But, lo and behold, I went to the Abai branch and became your fan again) Fast service from Meirgul, hot baursaks were served quickly at lunchtime, festive pilaf was pleased with the absence of nohat) There were a lot of people for lunch, but I did not notice any delays in service. I hope that your service will remain impeccable for a long time!

We visited this branch during Ramadan, it turned out that there is an opportunity to eat only until 17 o'clock, since later all tables are booked, which indicates the popularity of the restaurant. The menu is quite varied, with national cuisine. Compliments are served before meals. The dishes are quite hearty and delicious, a very tasty salad "women's happiness" and chuchvara. The Yerofeyevsky salad did not have a very tasty chicken, with veins and cartilage. The prices are not very affordable, but as in many restaurants of the same level in Almaty.
The staff is friendly, but speaks and understands Russian poorly.

Orders are constantly being confused. With questions, you ordered this. I ordered a barbecue and waited for more than 1.5 hours. So I never got it. With such an attitude towards customers and the quality of dishes, the prices are restaurant prices, but in fact this is a dining room. It's even tastier in the Kaganate. The atmosphere is terrible, instead of relaxing, I got a headache. They position themselves as a restaurant, there is no live music in the evening.
