There's everything to love about NAVAT. I really enjoy the fruit tea and their pilaf. Visited the place twice simply because I can't get enough of their fruit tea. Quite authentic too. 10/10

We were at the Navat restaurant today and were very impressed! A very cozy place with an atmosphere of oriental hospitality. The interior is pleasing to the eye, everything is decorated with taste and creates a sense of celebration. The food is beyond praise: everything is fresh, hot and incredibly delicious. Lagman and manta rays just conquered us!
I would especially like to mention the waiter Kairat. Such an attentive, friendly and professional person! I helped with the selection, quickly brought the dishes and did everything to make our dinner perfect.

I really liked it. Beautiful establishment, pleasant service, the most visual and detailed menu., clean bathroom.
There is a girl in a national costume at the entrance. There are delicious compliments from the establishment. In our case, it was koumiss and baursak.
The portions are large, the beshbarmak with horse meat was great.

An excellent restaurant like this and all of this chain is the Navat Teahouse, a frequent guest, I like a wide range of dishes, especially delicious national Kazakh dishes, large portions, fast serving of dishes.
I want to highlight the cool Bay and Tashkent tea, excellent homemade salad, beshbarmak with horse meat and festive pilaf.
There is free Wi-Fi.

The interior of the restaurant is cool, it's nice to be there, but honestly, I expected more in terms of food, maybe I was just unlucky with a specific place or a change of chefs. The pilaf was not delicious, the rest of the order was also not impressed. The service was very upset - the waiter asked the composition of the order several times, as a result, forty minutes later it turned out that she had not ordered the main dish, which was being prepared for just 40 minutes. There were no changes or compliments from the restaurant.

There are a lot of cafes and restaurants in our city of various cuisines of the world, but for some reason their own cuisine is poorly represented, it is unclear why and even a shame for this. Central Asian cuisine is a priority on the menu, the portions are good, the serving is beautiful, the taste is amazing. This is not a place where all dishes are for the same taste, meat from one pan and spices from one package, ordering different dishes on one table will have a unique personality in each plate, because it is not for nothing that different regions of the country have their own signature dish, so it's as if the best dishes from each region are on the same table. There were no indifferent people at our table that day, we did not just have lunch, we enjoyed, savored every bite. By the way, the gap between serving dishes was minimal, given the full hall of guests, I think this is a big plus, there is nothing more stupid than sitting at a table with a company and eating alternately looking at each other. Having eaten delicious national cuisine, we decided to take a dessert for tea, and I want to note it separately, chak-chak national is a gentle cloud of wort, as far as you can apply the concept of a cloud to chak-chak, even my mother's was not so delicious in childhood.... We will definitely visit this cozy place in order to enjoy the kaleidoscope of tastes and the atmosphere created in Navat.

We were at the Navat restaurant at 500 Seifulina Street on March 8, 2025. This is terrible! The whole holiday is ruined! We have reserved a table for 21:00. A reserve has been provided (2 stars for this). Nothing good happened anymore. Firstly, the pilaf ordered was dry and not fresh (the meat and rice were hard and dried), as if it had been heated 10 times, the portions were 3 times smaller than usual (they were smeared on the plate). The dishes I ordered never arrived (30 minutes after ordering, the waiter came and said it was over and offered to choose something else, but the same thing happened with the other order - it was over. So I didn't eat what I ordered. 2.5 hours later, they brought a chuck-chuck as an apology- which I don't like at all!!! That's it! We will not come to Nawat anymore!!! It's a pity that the establishment has deteriorated so much!

I got super salty noodles twice, and calls to the restaurant didn't lead to anything. Later, in besh, the potatoes are sour (spoiled), they no longer began to call. We found another place to deliver food. It's about delivery, maybe in the institution itself everything is different. I understand that if the water in the broth is excessively evaporated, it can become super salty, but sour potatoes are not something where four can be dispensed with. We haven't tried any other dishes.

The staff is very helpful. The guys and girls are just smart. We didn't book a table. We came to eat before departure. It was snowing very wet and heavily. Everyone went into the cafe wet. There were no seats at all. While we were kindly allowed to move away from the weather in the lobby, a table was vacated. We were already walking towards the exit and then the girl ran straight to us and invited us to sit at the vacant table. It was so nice. So much care. Thank you very much that we managed to taste Kazakh cuisine and also bring home the difficulties that we could not eat in the cafe. The whole family in Krasnoyarsk appreciated the dessert. Thank you for your hospitality and attention. And also, of course, great respect to the team of chefs for the delicious cuisine.
