This was our first visit to Kazakhstan, we wanted to experience the local cuisine, and this restaurant exceeded our expectations. As Indians, we were curious to try traditional Kazakh dishes. The food was amazing. Every dish was rich, flavorful, and authentic.
The service was exceptional as well. The staff were friendly, and took the time to explain the dishes to us. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied.
The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and reflecting the culture beautifully. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kazakhstan who wants to savor its traditional food.

Poor Service and Cold Food
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow and inattentive. Our waiter seemed uninterested and took a long time to take our order and bring the food.

Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service and warm, fresh meals.

We especially liked the administrator Nesibeli . Very pleasant , neat , smiling , all the questions that arose in the process , solved everything , helped . We spent most of the day in this cafe with colleagues. I wish there were more such attentive people 💓

Beautiful interior, delicious food. Reasonable prices. European and national cuisine. The service is lame - they forget to bring something, they do not warn about a long delivery.
There is also a playroom with a tutor. The restaurant has its own parking lot.

We came in today with my husband and daughter (7 months old) at 16 o'clock, we often went to this institution, because we live nearby
We were standing at the entrance with a stroller, a bunch of employees and everyone didn't care, we found an employee, asked where we could sit, to which he replied that everything was occupied on the first floor, only the second one was free and he would help us carry the stroller... well, OK, we disinhibited the child, somehow got up and then we The employee on the second floor is already saying that everything is actually busy here.
We ask, why couldn't we have said there were no seats downstairs, we would have just left, why were we dragging a small child, dragging a stroller
The girl said that if we make it to 17:20, then it's OK and sat us down at a table.
The situation is unpleasant, but okay, we didn't plan for long anyway.
But then the waiter came up, literally a minute later, my husband made an order, and I said I wasn't ready yet, to which they replied (quote): "WELL, YOU KNOW THAT IF YOU DON'T ORDER RIGHT NOW, I WON'T BE ABLE TO TAKE YOUR FOOD."
I'm sitting in shock... of course, we got up and left right away, I've never seen anything like this in my life, even in roadside eateries.…
It's a pity that this still happens.
We liked to come and order deliveries every other day, because the food is really very good, but we don't want to have anything more to do with this place(

Today we ordered a lamb kebab, but unfortunately the meat is not lamb, but old lamb, the kebab turned out to be hard and over-dried! If there is no lamb meat, then we must say that there is no such dish and that's it, why deceive visitors for profit!? In general, the impressions are good, but some points need to be corrected.
There is also no alcohol on the menu and I thought that they do not sell alcoholic beverages there, there are people drinking alcohol, who are looking for a Halal institution can take this fact into account!!!

The cuisine in the restaurant is at a high level!
The situation at the entrance was not very pleasant. If you came to dinner alone, subject to availability, you didn't want to put me down, explaining that everything is occupied. To my arguments that I was ready to wait, suddenly a table was quickly found on the ground floor - not the best offer, but acceptable when I was very hungry.
My waiter was Kyzbala.
For her part, she knows all the menus and was extremely kind and friendly when accepting the order and further service. I cleared the empty plates from the table on time and poured tea, for which I would like to say a few words of gratitude!
In general, you can take an example from her to other waiters, since this is not the first time in Navat.
I can't praise the work of the greeter, I rate it 3/5

The worst place for a week of vacation in Almaty. The waiters are extremely slow, the wait for a small landing in the restaurant is 40 minutes! Serving in the wrong order - dessert first, then the main course. Complaints from each table in the kitchen - hard meat or cold side dish. I was fine with the main course (except for the time of serving), but I have never eaten a worse dessert in my life. More precisely, I didn't eat here either. I left it almost intact. Of course, they do not offer to replace it with something or remove it from the bill, justifying the taste with a unique recipe from the chef.
