A great hotel with its own treatment center, its own thermal pool and a real large swimming pool! The food is beyond praise!!! Great friendly staff! I recommend it wholeheartedly!!!
I really liked the hotel!But there is something for the staff to work on!Not all reception staff speak English, no one speaks Russian!But they have to know English!The restaurant does not have a menu in Russian, and the name of the dishes on the buffet is only in Hungarian!But there are signs in the hotel in Russian!Why is it so with the menu?!There are no scales in the hotel, only in the pool, they could not weigh their suitcases before departure!A big minus, this is the first time I've met this!And the biggest minus, massage therapists!Not only are they doing an ugly thing, they also take 15 minutes instead of the stated 20!The staff is wonderful, sincere, responsive!
A chic spa hotel. I highly recommend it. It is 5 minutes away. from the bus station and a 10-minute walk from Lake Heviz. The food and spa complex are excellent!

I dream of returning to this gorgeous complex. You can get by with spa services, fitness equipment, various pools and baths, and you can buy massages, mud, a magnetic bed, and other treatments. In my free time, I bought a sliced loaf at the store, got on the bus and after 30 minutes stood on the shore of Lake Balaton and fed the swans... The main thing is to check the return schedule at the bus station in advance.

Very convenient location, in the very center of the town, the hotel is clean and tidy, the staff is attentive, especially during the procedures, the restaurant has delicious food, the rooms are cleaned daily, everyone is polite, we will definitely fly back in six months. Everything is great.
The hotel is not bad, and the aqua zone is one of the best if not the best in Heviz, plus a large pool and saunas for every taste. BUT at the restaurant for lunch and dinner, drinks are even tea for a separate piece of money, which is annoying.
In general, everything is fine, except for the terrible pillows. Especially the food is above all praise. You need to go visibly ill, healthy for no more than 10 days. It's boring, although there are a lot of excursions, but 3 hours on the way there and 3 back. That's a lot. And the cost of excursions is high. There is nothing for children.
