I was here on 03/21/25 in the afternoon, I didn't change 100 or 50 bills through ATMs, I chewed and damaged one of them, I tried all the ATMs in the area, spent 1.5 hours, now I'm thinking where to change it to the local currency in the end, and nothing happened

I don't wish anyone to be there. Due to the fact that Russian citizenship, they just play football and do not serve. They didn't give out money on Western Union. Many employees do not know English, and those who do, I cannot explain the reason why they cannot give money!
