I really enjoyed shopping at the Carousel shopping center! The store differs from others in its novelties. A variety of suppliers, inexpensive and high-quality furniture from Russian manufacturers, convenient shopping, fast delivery, attentive sellers provide very professional advice. I am very pleased!

We bought a kitchen, made a deposit, the kitchen was brought but not all the details were delivered, they called and said they would be delivered soon, but they brought some of the details only after 3 weeks, and the collector cannot fully assemble the kitchen!!! But all the details still did not arrive, a month and 1 week have already passed, and there are still no doers, the kitchen is not assembled, the collector does not receive a braid because the work is not finished, in short, it's full!!!!

12/20/18 - we placed an order for a modular Madeira living room. 28.01.19 - delivery was made. Immediately after unloading, a shortage of components for the cabinet was discovered (only shelves arrived), neither side walls, nor front doors, nor a partition with a back wall were found. It caused great surprise - how could you not bring the largest boxes with parts?! 01/29/19 – information about the shortage was reported to the complaints department.30.01.19 – they promised to deliver it in the middle of next month.01/31/19 – a re–sorting was found in the details of the chest of drawers - it is impossible to assemble the chest of drawers. They promised to take me there. 08.02.19 – I'm calling – everything is fine, we'll bring everything in the middle of the month. 15.02. – I'm calling – who are you? What are you? Ten days later – 25.02 – two weeks later – 11.03 – they make it clear that no one is dealing with the problem. Every time I called, during the conversation I realized that no one was dealing with my order and did not know the situation.During all this time, I have never received a call from this organization and have never apologized during conversations. The money has been paid for a long time.
