I highly recommend not to get involved. I applied once - the first time, he is also the last. The delivery time is simply off the scale. you can walk there and back in the time that they deliver the parcel from the DPR to the LPR and back. The express delivery they write about on their website just sounds like a mockery with such delivery times. Getting through to the hotline is a quest for people with a lot of free time. Even if you get through, it's not a fact that you will get something intelligible in fact. Tracking on the site is just below the baseboard. It's a pity that I didn't read the reviews here before I decided to contact this office.

I don't know where the negative reviews come from. By chance, I had to use the services of "our mail" so clearly worked! I didn't expect it. The parcel arrived even earlier than scheduled, and then we transferred the money with them, and sent parcels more than once. No post office in the territory of the DPR provides such clear work.

Instead of the promised delivery in 5-6 days from Crimea, the parcel arrived in 20, although it was sent before all the events on the bridge. Thanks for the ride, at least. What can be transferred through the bus driver and received the next day for 300-500 rubles, they took more than 1000. In general, we used it foolishly, we will not repeat the mistake again. I don't advise anyone. -10 out of 10)
By the way, you call the department, they say that the parcel is already in Rostov, it will be within a couple of days, called the call center 5 days later, they said that the parcel has not even passed the bridge yet. That's the way it is. They have no competition, so they do what they want. In general, think 100 times before using the services of this office)
