I attended a modeling workshop at your school and made a cute tea steamer. During the modeling, a friendly girl, the class leader (Diana, as far as I remember), clearly and easily explained in a cheerful manner the features of the technology of creating products. I really liked her approach and when she offered to come and color the products, I readily agreed.
However, the girl-master who led the glaze workshop did not give enough instructions, did not inform about how the color would turn out after re-firing (the color became much darker, I will attach the result of the work below), did not help with the choice of colors, although I showed the references (I will attach the photo below) and explained which one I was hoping for the result. As a result, I felt completely disappointed today when I took the job. This is absolutely not what I expected, having paid a total of 120 rubles for the production and hoping that under the guidance of a professional I would get a high-quality result.
The plate looks dirty, it will be disgusting to eat from it, and I can't imagine how to use it now. I had such hope for the mug, I tried so hard during the modeling and painting, but the butterflies look very dark, somehow funereal. Complete disappointment and waste of money.

I've been there twice, the first time everything is fine, but the second time is a failure on all fronts! I decided to celebrate the dr here, it all started with incorrect information about the price, they immediately wrote one thing, in fact they meant another and all this is found out a day before the dr — it's not pleasant ... the master class itself was not bad, although it seemed to me that the girl was sometimes annoyed when the guests did something wrong like her she said either they couldn't do it and had to be corrected or redone (but then maybe it seemed to me and this is just my perception). They said that the order would be ready in 4 weeks, wrote — "not ready yet, we will inform you when ready." 6 weeks have passed, no one writes, I write myself, in response — "the order is ready, pick it up within 5 days." When I came to pick it up, no one came up and showed me where the order was, I was looking for it myself (although there was a girl in the next room, she had finished a master class and I said that I had come for the order. She said "yes, now" and never came up. The products are rough in some places this time, I don't know if it's the glaze or the fact that we did something wrong at the master class.
In general, the impressions are not unambiguous… I'm definitely not coming back.

I got the impression that the staff doesn't like their job and even more so the customers. Especially children. I paid for both the child and the adult. There were constant nagging about a 5-year-old child, such as: don't break the circle - it's expensive, don't get dirty, don't smear. They promised that I would make the product too. In fact, it's not realistic in the allotted time. I had to beat out that promise. As a result, maybe, but there are places with more friendly staff. This place is definitely not about creativity. Only Business.

I am extremely disappointed with how unprofessionally they communicated with me and made me feel guilty that the product actually turned out to be a different color. at the master class on glazing, I chose the color on already baked products, I chose pink and lilac, there were also other details of other colors, everything was selected so that the colors were combined. in fact, the main color came out blue-gray. when I reported the problem, I was faced with accusations in my direction, very long answers and the fact that it was allegedly my problem, not theirs. no one warned me that the color would change during the baking process, otherwise I would have chosen colors according to this information. We were in this studio on a potter's date, the most disgusting date in my life, or rather, it's hard to even call it a date. The whole process was completely different from what was stated on the website, one poor candle, which we saw only at the end, was all that at least brought this horror a little closer to a "date." My husband sculpted while I just sat and watched, no interaction until exactly the moment when they themselves began to ask the master, she did not even know what should be included in their studio in the "potter's date". When asked "how does a date differ from an individual class," we were told "during a date, no one studies in parallel and does not enter the workshop," but other masters constantly visited us. After just two weeks, we signed up for an eye treatment and couldn't visit due to illness, we were warned on Instagram, where they refused to re-record us, we had to be warned 12 hours in advance, and we had already paid the full cost, but they didn't even want to return the products to us. The impressions are terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone, avoid this studio so that you don't get nervous in vain!

We went additionally to the glaze (modeling on the 12th, invited to the glaze on the 30th), we covered with glaze on Thursday and we were told they usually give a week for roasting, but you can already ask on Mon-Tue, as a result, two weeks have passed (without 1 day), and they did not write to us about readiness. Apparently there is no manager in social networks, since the answers are dry and do not cause a desire to buy, in short, speed up the firing and hire a normal person on the social network, and so with such an expectation I will not go here anymore, I do not know how others do, but waiting for the product for more than a month is a complete

I went to the potter's wheel with a certificate. Both my friends and I had a manager who for some reason confused which clay the clients would work with, instead of white, they prepared red. Communication on social networks is very dry and unfriendly, which should not be typical for such organizations. I was told that they would inform me about the readiness of the product in order to come to the glaze, and then to pick it up. But no one wrote to me either the first or the second time, although the product was already ready) During the master class, the master dissuaded me from the ideas that I wanted to implement, citing lack of time. As a result, he did almost everything himself. It feels like I paid to see how my product is made. In principle, it did not work out with the master, since he crossed the boundaries of what was allowed in communication (mate, did not choose expressions).
There are no questions for the girls on the glaze, they are cute and pleasant.
In general, there were not very pleasant impressions, I will not recommend it.

We went on a "pottery date" with a guy, fell for Instagram and a description of how the date will be there. As a result, we came, stood at the entrance and did not understand what to do and where to go, since there was no one at the administrator's place. Then we sat and waited and started the "date" later than the recording was. The master did not endear himself. All the ideas that we came up with were rejected, or we had to pay extra. At this stage, I already wanted to leave, so we did not agree to the subsequent glazes and so on. With the guy, we didn't interact with each other in any way, it wasn't like a date. How two schoolchildren sat and sculpted their products under the supervision of a stern uncle.Now we have been waiting for the product for almost a month, although we talked about 2 weeks, the questions are answered rudely.

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to the entire NASHA MARA team, we attended a summer camp with our daughter, and now we attend a children's intensive on Sundays, classes are taught by a professional in his field and also a wonderful children's teacher - Eduard, these are incredible classes with an incredible atmosphere, classes are always diverse and children are told everything in an accessible and understandable language, and what wonderful topics are discussed in the classroom - the creation of three-dimensional figures, work behind a potter's wheel, animal modeling, themed crafts from countries around the world, the creation of various shapes and planes, the creation of various prints, ... this list can go on and on .... How important and how necessary and how useful such classes are, especially for children, because so many useful things develop during modeling, it's just an indescribably vast experience and knowledge of all spheres, the development of motor skills, creativity, self-expression, perseverance, planning, designing, ... And the most important thing is the process of these classes and certainly wonderful work which then the child receives and looks at and remembers how it was done, and all the work turns out to be individual! My daughter is looking forward to new classes and we, the parents, see a huge boost in the development of the child during and after these classes, every time we are happy to attend and also take part in masterclasses and classes. This is a super spiritual space, charging with incredible energy of incredible masters and professionals in their field! thank you!

When we last came to order, we were informed that our products were on different shelves in the oven, so one plate was burned more and the other less, respectively, they are of different colors. It really upset me, because the whole set, let's say, is in the same style and color scheme. And at the entrance, the "security" in this business center is very unfriendly and rude. They were constantly being adjusted, indicating the remaining time.

A guy and I went on a date for a potter's wheel. Edward helped us with all this. He talked very interestingly about all the features of working with clay, showed everything and separately gave the opportunity to work with clay. At the same time, I corrected all the shortcomings so that our products turned out the way we intended. Thank you very much for the wonderful master class.
Then we attended the second master class on glazing our cups. Again we worked with Eduard. And despite the fact that it was a group master class, we were given a lot of time. They even allowed me to stay a little longer to finish the product.
Thank you very much for this opportunity to make beauty with your own hands. The cups turned out to be very beautiful, we are delighted.
The only thing is that on a date I would like more interaction within the couple, because now Eduard has worked with each of us separately, and I would like more compatibility with a partner.

When they took their work with a friend after the glaze, they put everything in 1 bag, asked for the 2nd, because there were two of us (there was a rack with a bunch of packages right next to us), they squeezed us :) Only then it was heard that the girl said to someone: "Kirill said not to give." Plus, spots were visible at my work, it is clear that they were imprinted from another product

We attended a pottery class with a "date" certificate. Despite the pleasant master, the organization disappointed us:
1) we were not told that you need to put a dash under the date on the products, and now one of the two works cannot be glazed. Although the photo on Instagram was attached and the message stated that two products are on the same certificate.
2) The girl on the phone was rude and said that the certificate was cheap and we had nothing to show off at all (the cost is about 200 rubles)
3) It was suggested to redo the work by the master, although I do not want someone else's product. (What's the point of a master class then!? )
We were extremely dissatisfied with the organization's policy. The service is disgusting, I had to ask all about it myself. I attach the photo of the "dash" (on 1 photo).

We went on a pottery date, and then to glaze.
The "date" behind the potter's wheel is more with the master. Everyone takes turns at the potter's wheel working on their product, accompanied by a master. There is no interaction within the pair. After that, we were offered to drink champagne (from an open bottle), they gave us 1 postcard and gave us a couple of small chocolates in the shape of hearts - that was the end of the date.
Such moments when you hug together and make one product are not supposed (in Instagram, the date format is advertised exactly like this).
In general, it doesn't look like a date, but we enjoyed the lesson at the potter's wheel.
After 1.5 weeks, we were invited to glaze.
!!! I highly recommend not going to this master class. The group is very large and the master girl is just torn between all the students. As a result, the glazes are incorrectly selected. There was no master class as such. The glaze swam during firing. The products turned out to be ugly.
They are engaged in gaslighting on Instagram) they say that you were offered different types of glaze and explained that it could leak. Although there was nothing like that)))

Then you come to glaze, and they limit your flight of fancy even more: "here are 4 colors for you, create! And then there is white, it is the most popular, but it will not cover the red glaze well. Do you still want a drawing? /*a judgmental look"
Either your employees have already burned out, or the result is not important to you (including a satisfied customer at the end), but I have lost the desire to return to you.
