New apart hotel with spacious rooms, but have issues with management and client service. If you not gonna ask the service to clean your room and change the sheets they not gonna make it. Although on the entrance door you may find the notice saying that they clean up every five days and change sheets every five days. Nothing about requesting them.

Excellent location to the beach. A 5-minute walk from the hotel, they give out bracelets with which you can get free sun beds on the beach. A nice clean beach room was overlooking the sea. There is a mosque and a junior school nearby, it's a little noisy, but it didn't bother us. The room was clean except for the floors. The floors were washed themselves. There are all the necessary utensils. Towels and bed linen are clean,'but it's a little harsh (probably from the water). The shower and toilet are clean. The staff is polite. You can wash it for a fee, like 150 liras (but we didn't use it). You can buy a 5 liter canister of water right at the reception, but the price is much more expensive than in the nearest supermarket. Shops, fruit stalls, supermarkets and cafes are within walking distance, everything is nearby. In general, excellent accommodation for your money.

Overall, the place is great! Clean and modern, close to the sea. The area is nice, quieter than in the Cleopatra area, and the beach is just as wide.
However, we booked a room with a sea view, but did not receive it.
The description of the room shows all the possible views and you can't prove that you ordered the sea view.

Very cool apartment. New, the house is 3 years old. Very clean. There is a swimming pool. The rooms are comfortable. There were 4 people living in a family. There is a school nearby, and children's laughter during the day. Maybe it will be a minus for someone. It didn't bother us. There is a flamingo beach with sun beds. There are many cafes and shops nearby. They are cleaned every day.

We took a room there in September 2023.
Positive:
1) the rooms are cleaned, everything is clean.
2) the room resembles a eurodrive with a good repair. There is a bedroom with a large bed and wardrobes, there is a living room combined with a kitchen, in the kitchen there is an electric stove (not induction), an electric kettle, spoons and forks, a refrigerator.
3) there is a shower and toilet in the bathroom, just to wash up during the rest.
4) the staff is responsive, polite, understands English.
5) Change rubles / dollars/euros for lira. The course is certainly not very good, but it's better than at the airport! At the airport, they fell in love with 500 liras, at the hotel only 300 liras, already better.
6) CLOSE TO THE SEA!!! in 5 minutes you can easily walk. There is a flamingo beach, if you are from this hotel, then the beach is free, there are hammocks, an umbrella. In the restaurant you can eat well and not very expensive. We really liked the local burgers. The meat is juicy, fried, very tasty.
7) the hotel does NOT include breakfast!
But due to this, the room is cheaper. In the neighboring hotel, a room with breakfast is 600 euros, in this hotel without breakfast 420 euros.(for 7 nights).
Minuses:
1) there is a mosque nearby and early in the morning you will be woken up by a call to prayer. (This is a Muslim country and these are their rules and their culture and I treat it with respect, I'm just a guest, but suddenly it's important for someone).
2) there is a children's school nearby and on weekdays at 9 am you will be woken up by the hum of children having fun at recess.
Would I take a room there again next time, definitely yes!

Nice, good-quality apartment hotel, stayed for a month.. there are no questions about the staff and the quality of the rooms. It is a 3-minute walk to the sea, taking into account the "cross the road".

The room is generally livable... Everything is shabby everywhere, there are many cracks and repair irregularities. But this is all bullshit compared to the fact that there is no hot water in the morning... that's not at all, wash either in the evening or cold. There seem to be all sorts of accessories in the kitchen, but there is no dishwashing detergent, they will not put one sponge for the whole vacation, one teaspoon for everyone. It seems that everything is tolerable, but with water it is an incredibly unpleasant surprise.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff.
A large room with 2 balconies, the room has everything you need for living and relaxing.
The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach.
There are many cafes and shops nearby for any budget.

Not a bad apartment. Fresh renovation. Of the cons: smoking at the entrance - the smell is up to the fourth floor. The rooms are not actively cleaned. But if you point your finger, they will remove it without any problems. The prices are not small, but now it is everywhere in Turkey. of the advantages: 3 minutes to the sea. There are a lot of minimarkets nearby. Migros is 5 minutes away. A fruit and vegetable store is 3 minutes away.

Wonderful apartment. We lived here for almost 3 weeks in March-April 2023. Everything you need to eat. There would also be a laundry room where you can come and wash for coins - it's generally ideal. So, I gave things to the laundry there- it was poorly washed and the wrinkled, over-dried clothes were returned. Other than that, there are no comments at all.

Nice hotel, the staff does not speak Russian. The rooms have an excellent layout. If you are not coming in the summer, then keep in mind that some rooms overlook the school, maybe someone will be noisy. The sea is 5 minutes away, restaurants are nearby. Flamingo beach. Sunbed, umbrella, shower and toilet.
I would like to pay attention to the rather dirty rooms both before and after cleaning. For some reason, it is believed that spinning a swan is better than wiping the floor and the table on the balcony at least once in two weeks ( . Well, some toiletries are constantly in short supply)))) we bought it ourselves so as not to worry. The staff at the beach and at the hotel have slightly changed their attitude for the worse - here we should probably just note the lack of professionalism. They stayed in this place three times with different compositions, the review is based on a common opinion.

The rooms are good. But they found a cockroach in the toilet. It's good that I found out about it on the last day. When we arrived, a small child (less than a year old) was counted as an individual. Although it doesn't even take up an entire bed. The receptionist wanted to call the police. But it's good that it didn't happen. Plus, there was a swimming pool!

There were 5 nights. The hotel is pleasant, except that on the last day a cockroach was seen in the toilet!!! I had to chase him and kill him!!! We were glad that we left the next day.

There were two weeks in November 2021. The hotel is new, opened in the summer. Good furniture, everything is new, up-to-date modern design, the apartments are spacious, two large balconies. The dishes are all there, there are shampoos and soap in the bathroom.
They clean and change the bed linen on request.
There is a cafe downstairs at the hotel, we did not go in. There is practically no territory, the pool is small but clean, several sun beds, a chillout gazebo.
The location is advantageous. The sea, shops, cafes, transport are all nearby, but there are not as many people as on Cleopatra.
There is a mosque nearby, they quickly got used to the calls to prayer.
The sea is literally two minutes away, walk through the courtyard of a small hotel and cross the road. But there is no noise from the road. The hotel provides free sun beds at the Flamingo cafe, a pass is a piece of paper with a stamp, you can take it to the hotel reception. The beach at the cafe is good, there are good sun beds. Sand.
Overall, the hotel and the host have a very pleasant experience. We will definitely come again.

We spent 3 weeks in this hotel in December 2022, the hotel is fresh, but the furniture (especially the sofa) already leaves much to be desired,worn,dirty ... in the kitchen, the hob is like from the 90s,the water is hot only in the shower ,cleaning every couple of days , from the word cleaning one name, several times left not washed towels and bed linen with stains until the end, the hotel is on a solid 3. There is a cafe downstairs, but also nominal, you will not be able to eat, maximum tea and coffee.
