New apart hotel with spacious rooms, but have issues with management and client service. If you not gonna ask the service to clean your room and change the sheets they not gonna make it. Although on the entrance door you may find the notice saying that they clean up every five days and change sheets every five days. Nothing about requesting them.

Excellent location to the beach. A 5-minute walk from the hotel, they give out bracelets with which you can get free sun beds on the beach. A nice clean beach room was overlooking the sea. There is a mosque and a junior school nearby, it's a little noisy, but it didn't bother us. The room was clean except for the floors. The floors were washed themselves. There are all the necessary utensils. Towels and bed linen are clean,'but it's a little harsh (probably from the water). The shower and toilet are clean. The staff is polite. You can wash it for a fee, like 150 liras (but we didn't use it). You can buy a 5 liter canister of water right at the reception, but the price is much more expensive than in the nearest supermarket. Shops, fruit stalls, supermarkets and cafes are within walking distance, everything is nearby. In general, excellent accommodation for your money.

Overall, the place is great! Clean and modern, close to the sea. The area is nice, quieter than in the Cleopatra area, and the beach is just as wide.
However, we booked a room with a sea view, but did not receive it.
The description of the room shows all the possible views and you can't prove that you ordered the sea view.
