We visited in August 2024.My husband and I are thrilled!The territory is surrounded by greenery, palm trees and various flowering shrubs, even grapes are growing.We had a room in the 4th building.Spacious, clean, with sea and mountain views.The room is cleaned every day, linen is changed every three days.Mines.water is brought to the room every morning.Many thanks to the maid of the fourth building.She is very pleasant, polite and hardworking.She is always in a good mood and responds quickly to any request.The restaurant is decent, buffet style.The range of dishes is varied.Everything is always fresh and delicious!Fruits are plentiful, eat until you burst!The waiters are very friendly.They are so nimble, they quickly clean everything, wipe it and have time to wish you a pleasant appetite.Great.The pool is always clean, cleaned every evening.There are a lot of sun beds, which is no small matter.The restaurant on the pier is certainly expensive, the cooking is not very good, but you can go once.But the restaurant in the grove is something.An assortment for every taste.Alcoholic drinks and cocktails of any kind, as well as non-alcoholic.And what kind of barbecue is made there!You'll lick your fingers!Any dish can be prepared on request!Yes, in the fresh air!There is a large gazebo, there are small bungalows for company.And live music!There are such performers,!talents!In general, it is very tasty and very fun!Behind the pool is the embankment and the long-awaited sea!The beach is always clean.There should be more sun beds, because strangers from other hotels come to the beach.The umbrellas are beautiful and big.The shower and locker room are great.Rescuers are always on duty.The receptionist also employs attentive and polite people.They are always good-natured and will respond to any request.In general, we really enjoyed everything!There are no disadvantages!We had a rest, splashed in the pool and in the sea, tanned ourselves and ate delicious food that we didn't even have time to go to spa treatments, indoor pool, cedar barrel, various massages and much more.But we still have that ahead of us, because we have already booked trips to this boarding house for the month of August-September 2025.We're thrilled, and that's why we're coming here again.It is in this building.So, for those who are going on vacation, I highly recommend it!It is in this boarding house!You won't regret it.There are also different excursions, and airplane flights, and boat trips and all kinds of bananas.See you later, dear "Nart"!

We had a vacation with my husband in October. I was pleasantly surprised. This is the best hotel for me. Large beautiful well-groomed territory, clean beach. The food is excellent (a large selection of dishes, fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits,meat,fish, delicious pastries, my love is oblipichovy mors, olives, ajapsandal). The room is comfortable, frequent change of linen and towels. Many thanks to the service staff, everything is clean. Abkhazia is my love! We will definitely come back here.

Hello! We visited this hotel the other day, I want to say that of the advantages it is a good territory, location, the hotel is new, the animation is good, the girls are trying. But there are big disadvantages: after all, the kitchen does not pull four stars, a good three. An outdoor heated swimming pool was also announced, but in fact it is colder than the sea. No one swims there, it's always empty. As for the indoor pool, the hotel employee told me not to swim there, and not to bathe the children, because no one washes there before visiting, and there are a lot of rotavirus cases after the pool. In the pool, the showers are located so that no one reaches them (they are far away).
The hotel management needs to think about how to arrange showers next to the pool, perhaps to remove the "snow room". I didn't really like the cleaning, we lived in an apartment in the third building, the maid doesn't even make the beds, doesn't vacuum, cleaned late, at lunch or after, cleaning is minimal. There are also no screens on the windows, the maid told us not to open them, as bedbugs fly in. Actually, we came to breathe fresh air. For a cot: it costs 1000 rubles per day, it was brought, but with adult bedding and a blanket! How am I going to put a one-year-old child there and hide it? As a result, my child has never slept in this crib. I recommend that the management buy baby bedding. In the end, what we have: we did not go to the pool because there is rotavirus, we did not use the crib, because we brought adult underwear and a blanket, we did not open the windows, because bedbugs fly in there👍
