The hotel does not match the stated stars. The rooms are cold, the cleaning leaves much to be desired, the restaurant allows you to serve stale food or poorly cooked, there are no kettles in the rooms, the curtains rarely change, and the sofas are vacuumed, etc., etc. One nice thing is the friendly staff.

Sockets in the rooms are difficult to access (behind the beds/table, etc.) there are no kettles. There are few food options on the menu: if you stop for a couple of days or a week, it is not noticeable, if it takes longer, it gets boring. Everything else is fine.

The doors from the rooms to the corridor rattle heavily when closed. It would not hurt to stick rubber seals and the knocking would disappear at least partially and the audibility from the corridor would decrease. But in general, everything is not bad.
