A good place where the apartments are located near the marina with a huge number of yachts. Palm trees and flowering plants are clean everywhere, delicious cafes such as Elas. The staff is polite, smiling and always helpful. There is a shop on site and within walking distance of a large shopping center and a monorail stop to go to the world's largest water park. A full-fledged ecosystem for comfortable living. I love this place.

A very cool, huge shopping mall!
There is a wide variety of shops, pharmacies, cafes.There are entertainment areas for children and adults...The prices are reasonable.
