I've been going to different specialists for six months for different problems, they treat everything perfectly. Of the latter, I performed laser vision correction using lasik method at the doctor Kasyan Sofya Hamletovna. I am very pleased with the result, as well as the treatment: everything is friendly, caring, you can ask any employee a question and they will tell you what and where. All the equipment is modern.
I do not understand the surprise of the woman from the review on September 1. Apparently, she used to go only to the state polyclinic, where 1 elderly optometrist in a small office on a single ancient instrument checks, writes and prescribes treatment. In more or less large equipped ophthalmology centers, most of the checks have long been transferred to nurses in separate rooms so as not to waste the doctor's time.
Of the cons: it really cannot be said that everything works like clockwork. There are also delays and waits for a doctor who is not in place. But it's not critical for me, so I'm not lowering my rating.

Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated very much this year. The clinic cannot cope with the flow of people. The doctor is constantly out of place. I may have an appointment for a specific time. For example, by 14.00, I arrived. There are 10 people in front of me (!!!), the doctor's office is stupidly empty. And this is according to the VMI. Perhaps the problem is that the only clinic available in Yerevan, which is why there is such a flow of patients here.

The beginning of the working day, I did an MRI, I paid, I'm coming back, they give me a disk, the conclusion will be on Monday (it's OK) I return home, open my MRI in the right program, and oh my God, what I see is an EMPTY DISK, JUST a BLANK DISK with no files on it, just 0 bytes. And now I have to go to this wonderful place again to pick up the disc. Well, yes, I'm unemployed, then I have no other cases)))

I explained the situation, he promised to sort it out, then called back, said I could drive up and discuss the study. Today I arrived, he opened both disks on his computer, he explained to me why the study was conducted in this way. After he took me to the MRI Doctor, a beautiful woman, we also looked at my pictures with her, she told me everything and showed me everything and explained why the pictures were taken like that (why there are not enough frames)

Incorrect submission of information on the cost of services ...
We signed up for a planned vaccination of a child, said the cost is 25,000 drams + a visit to the pediatrician is mandatory 10,000 drams + 3000 drams tests, everything is OK, we paid for the pediatrician and tests, we did everything, we were told to drink the medicine for 5 days and come for vaccination.
5 days have passed, we arrive with a prepared amount of 25,000 drams, since everything was discussed in advance and what do we learn right before vaccination?! And the fact that vaccination costs 43,000 drams and in general this is another vaccine not the one that was originally mentioned ...
Naturally, the vaccination was done, where to go, but the sediment, to put it mildly, remained, and there is no desire and plans for further visits to this medical center!

I'll start with a good one
There is a wonderful dentistry on the ground floor (but it doesn't seem to be related to the clinic), there are wonderful doctors who are not afraid to go to appointments. They will explain everything in detail, tell you in detail how the removal took place and why the treatment tactics should be exactly like this.
Now about the bad
Alas, not all doctors in the clinic have such empathy and professionalism. I got to Marianna Andranikovna (mammologist), did not have time to enter the office, complaints about personal problems were already pouring in. The reception lasted 2 minutes. During this time, she asked if I had gone to a plastic surgeon, I have an asymmetry and it's OK (it was extremely tactless, it's strange to hear this from a doctor). She sent me for an ultrasound, and then I had to see her again.
The ultrasound doctor Arut Shaburyan was no less surprised, there was one answer to any clarifying question: "pfft, everything is fine, it's nonsense." But I did not forget to ask if I am Armenian and if I speak Armenian. I called the mammologist, informed her about the ultrasound results, she said, great, don't let her come up to me anymore.
I am shocked, if possible, look for doctors through friends.

Extremely negative experience of going to the neurologist Mary Yagubyan, as well as massage. I suffered from chest pain with a deep breath, made an appointment. The doctor sent me for an X-ray, and then said that it was my scoliosis and sedentary work, and tense muscles caused pain. She sent me for massage and kinesiotherapy at the same clinic. And she also told me to buy an orthopedic pillow, which I did.
Each appointment with the masseur lasted 10-15 minutes, then 5-10 minutes of kinesiotherapy, and now I'm already outside the office door. To my sensible questions, why the massage is so short, masseur Maher threw up his hands and said that I was prescribed a massage of only two zones, as well as that the secret is not in the duration, but in the quality. There was no improvement.
At the second appointment with the neurologist, I reported that there was no dynamics and the massage did not help me. At first, she reproached me for not doing kinesiotherapy, and then she said "What am I going to give you a new back?"
To my questions, what else can I do, she answered irritably, "Do you want to say that I'm not treating you well?"
After that, I did not appear at her again and went to a neurologist at another clinic, who immediately determined that I had intercostal neuralgia and prescribed medications that helped the next day.

We signed up in advance for a certain time.
We were sent to a live queue, there are people there, all sick, someone with a lung X-ray. Wild coughs, snot to the floor, feverish children.
I brought a healthy baby for vaccination. There is a huge chance that we will grab everything. Nothing is ventilated, it is stuffy and there is no separate office for healthy vaccinated children.
And why record for a while if they are sent to one office in a common queue🤯
I'm terrified.
After 20 minutes of waiting in a crowd of sick people, I decided that I would not wait any longer and left the clinic.

I signed up for a therapist, the receptionist did not even tell me the name of the doctor, only that I first need to pay (15 thousand drams!!!!). No-question: said-done. Thank you, there was a nurse on duty near the offices, she took my ticket and told me when to come in. After getting an appointment with a therapist (I had a pinched facial nerve, I Googled it on the Internet), she actually said nothing that she would not do anything without an ultrasound scan. I just took my temperature and examined my throat. Next, she arranged with the ultrasound room for me to be admitted today (thanks for that too). I ran to the registry again, make an appointment for an ultrasound, and again pay (10 thousand drams!!!!) And wait for me to be called. In the ultrasound room, the doctors who took pictures of me immediately said that my nerve was pinched! And the therapist did not understand this from my symptoms! And he says that everything is clean in your picture (it was clear to a hedgehog) and sends me to a neurologist, who also needs to pay 15 thousand drams for an appointment and plus do an MRI of the brain, which costs, for a minute, 80 thousand drams!!!!! Thank you for writing the recipe at least! It was necessary to put ivs on. With this recipe, we went to another medical center, where it was 100 times better! So draw conclusions after that!

Recording the appointment time for the OPS is a statement, you will be accepted in the order of the queue, and then if you can figure out who the nurse is here and give her your number. The offices are not closed during the reception, the courtyard is clean, strangers come in while you are telling complaints. Gynecologists are all inattentive, in a hurry to go nowhere, the examination literally takes 5-10 minutes. Sometimes, they took extra expensive tests without even saying what you already find out after the fact when paying at the checkout. One day I came to see Laura, and he was in surgery, sit down, they say, wait an HOUR. I advise the clinic to decide whether it is private or public: make days for people strictly by appointment, and make days on a first-come, first-served basis. - I made an appointment for an examination and ultrasound to a gynecologist
- I arrived in 10 minutes, waited for half an hour
- I went to the doctor, they told me to pay, I went to the cashier
- it was 4 minutes before the cash register closed, but they refused me, they said they were leaving and I had to go to another wing
- I came to the other wing, waited for about 20 minutes for the person to figure out what needs to be done to accept the payment
- I paid for it, returned for an examination and an ultrasound to the doctor
- the doctor was not there. The doctor went home, as the nurse informed me. The nurse took the tests and that's it.
It turns out that I signed up for an ultrasound and an examination, they sent me to pay for an examination and tests without ultrasound (they did not tell me that ultrasound was not included in the amount), but in the end the doctor did not conduct the examination, but went home.
Time and money were spent without result, the experience is extremely negative, I did not expect this in this clinic.

1) doctors without masks, without gloves, can cough in your back during examination. How do they not get sick of xs themselves
2) nobody wears shoe covers, there is no control over this

Chronic cough and sore throat have been bothering me for a long time. I paid 15,000 AMD for a visit to the otorhinolaryngologist Gor Gnelovich Ananyan. The appointment lasted 3 minutes, 2 of which I described the symptoms. The throat examination lasted no more than 5 seconds. The medicine was already prescribed by a nurse, as the doctor ran away on more important matters. Of the 4 prescribed medications, one turned out to be seawater, the second was an iodine solution, the third was a mixture of vegetable oils, and only the fourth looked more or less like a medicine. After the prescribed course of treatment, neither the cough nor the sore throat naturally went away.

It's a disgusting clinic. Organizing everything is some kind of trash! Do not go to the ophthalmology center here, and do not bring children here if you value your nerves and time. All over the world, to get a prescription for glasses, you need to come to a doctor and one doctor will look at your fundus, measure the distance between your eyes, and select diopters. Here you will first have to take measurements from one nurse. Then fill out forms in other offices, drip into the eyes in the third, and go to a real doctor in the fourth.. the queues are terrible, everyone is fighting. I have been to this clinic 3 times, I will never go again. Oh, yes, there is only one pediatrician for the entire clinic, they are in a real madhouse. You will never be accepted by time, a regular appointment with a pediatrician will take an hour (you will have to sit in line all this time), and it will take an hour and a half to write out a prescription for glasses (their eyes were checked in advance a couple of weeks earlier and you just had to write out a prescription). Another point - if you were with one optometrist and God forbid then got to another - that other one will tell you who knows what tests my colleague took, this is not enough for me, I will not give you a prescription, everything needs to be buried again. This is such a "wonderful" clinic. I also liked that after an hour of sitting there and the doctor's refusal to give us a prescription, she said: No one told me you were coming at all :D lol just! And yes, we checked in at the reception. This is such a mess. If you don't respect yourself, then you are definitely here.
