So get on with YOUR business - improve the service, monitor the atmosphere in the cabin, and increase the level of service. And if it's beyond your strength - give way to someone who knows how and wants to work with people, and not take out their ambitions on them. Answer: I was not denied a pedicure, the master offered to do a Japanese manicure, which I liked. But I still decided to contact a podiatrist, especially since the administrator told me that you do not specialize in this field. When I wrote to you, in order to clarify whether the master who said that I had onycholysis was right, the administrator clearly showed his displeasure in the correspondence. I just asked why it was impossible to present the information in a different way. You said yourself that you don't specialize in podiatry. So how can you give out "diagnoses"? If you re-read the correspondence, you will understand that I wrote to you without negativity. The manicure I had at the last studio was really poorly done, which the administrator of the last studio fully agreed with and offered me a 50% discount on the next visit, I refused.
