It's a lovely hotel. It's very beautiful. There are many birds, squirrels, lizards, 4 clean, beautiful, cozy pools on the territory. The rooms and grounds were cleaned well, the room was clean, new, and the balcony overlooked the courtyard. The air conditioner was working properly. There is no noise in the room (or there was none). The staff is very pleasant and polite, they always tried to help quickly if they had any questions, and I also note that they take great care of the plants on the territory, watering them from morning to evening, pruning, and removing the leaves.
There are showers to remove the sand from your feet after the beach, located next to the reception.
The breakfasts are modest, but very tasty.
I highly recommend this hotel and place, enjoyed it.
I didn't really like the spa, it seemed a bit weak.
In general, there are shortcomings, of course, like everywhere else, but you don't pay much attention to them, so there's nothing to say except that it's very pleasant to be here.
The beach is 100 meters away. It is cleaned daily, but occasionally you can see a lot of garbage in the water. Nearby there are toilets, restrooms and cafes. A civilized place.
It takes 40 minutes to get to the beach with planes (no pleasure, because there are dirtier beaches further away and in any case, you will have to go out on the road and walk along it), it's easier to take a tuk tuk for 100 baht, drive to the extreme point of the beach (it will take 5 minutes) and walk a maximum of 10-15 minutes along the shore to do cool pictures. 🤌🏻😻
It takes 10 minutes to walk to 7/11.
There are two resters nearby. I've attached a photo. I didn't like the rest with the purple sign (Phens Restaurant). It's terrible, although there are a lot of people and laudatory reviews, but next to it, side by side, there is another one with a black signboard and, to be honest, it's not very visually remarkable, moreover, not everyone sees it, so they often pass by it (NAIYANG BAY RESTAURANT), it's very tasty. We only had dinner there for a few days, because for the first time we had incredibly positive emotions from food. 🤩

I really liked the hotel! We had a rest with my husband from 28.11 to 05.12, we lived in a bungalow, everything is neat and clean, cleaning every day, it is very important for me)))Bed linen is changed once every 3 days, tea, coffee, and water are replenished every day.
The territory of the hotel is very large, beautiful and well-maintained, the staff works from morning to evening, the pools are large and clean, we almost always had a free pool, there were few people.
A separate love is, of course, the sea! Beautiful! It's warm! It is located directly across the street, so the location of the hotel is just great! The beach, the sand, a bunch of cafes next to the sea, and the local flavor is just All in lights and garlands✨🥰
The massage and the cafe at the hotel are also excellent, the prices are reasonable, for a change you can go somewhere else, but in the end we went to the hotel))) There is also an exchange nearby, as you leave the hotel immediately to the right, maybe 100 meters, the exchange rate is normal. 7/11 is also nearby. If you need a taxi, download the Bolt app, the best prices are there. The tours were taken from a guide, the prices are also normal now, somewhere even cheaper than on the Internet. We were in Thailand for the first time, we didn't know anything, I decided to share it for those who didn't know anything like us)))😁 And take dollars with you, and more! It is very difficult to exchange rubles for dollars, and if you do, it will be at an unfavorable exchange rate. It's good that we transferred online for excursions, otherwise it wouldn't be enough for sure))) One tour costs from 10,000 rubles. I do not recommend those that are cheaper, sightseeing tours of Phuket, they will take you shopping, pharmacies and advertise everything. Let's go and regret that we spent the whole day, you can just say that. Phi Phi Island Tour - be sure to visit! And by the way, there is no entertainment for children! Nothing! Tourists with children have been seen on excursions, it's very difficult, they suffer, to put it mildly, because they are on their feet all day from 5:00, or from 8:00 until the evening. We had a vacation without children, because we were also warned that this vacation is more for adults and children, except for the sea, there is nothing to see, no slides, no animations, absolutely nothing.
I forgot to mention about the breakfasts - The breakfasts are delicious and varied!
There is also an airport nearby, 20-30 minutes on foot along the beach, you can get beautiful photos, which, unfortunately, did not work out due to the fact that it was dark before we reached it. Planes take off right over the beach, but it gets dark early.
Thais are very kind and nice people, there is no theft, it has been banned, most importantly, do not leave or forget your belongings yourself anywhere.
