A great hotel for Goa, close to the sea, room cleaning every day, no insects in the room, a family of geckos sat on the balcony every evening☺️ the staff is always on site. Polite, smiling, tries to help as much as possible.
There was one minus before arrival, we agreed on one price and upon check-in, the price increased, but this happened only because we did not understand each other.
The hotel has its own cafe, there are menus in the room, the order is brought to the room, prices are lower than anywhere else, delicious and simple. There is always bottled water at the reception, which can be taken for free.
Nearby is a convenience store, everyone's favorite restaurant Tibet.
There are many fruit shops.
In general, there is something to compare in Goa, I recommend the hotel.

Small, but comfortable. Convenient location, 5 minutes to the beach, close to all shops. Good and fast service. Inexpensive cafe, large portions, delicious food.
