The guest house is really located in the mountains, about 8 minutes from the sea and from the main cafes and entertainment. The location of the hotel will create the feeling of a cottage in the village and ensure silence at night. The rooms correspond to the photo and description. The guest house has a kitchen with plenty of dishes, two refrigerators, a microwave oven, a kettle, a washing machine, dining tables. All this is included in the price, you can use it. There is a small courtyard with two gazebos. Despite the fact that all the rooms were occupied, there was no crowd anywhere. The owners of the hotel are very friendly, Hakob Ivanovich treated them to homemade wine, told them the history of the city, the history of his family. If desired, you can go on a tour of Abkhazia with him. Unfortunately, at the time of booking, the room with a balcony was not available and my room had a mountain view, which allowed me to observe the beautiful nature and the clouds that hung on the mountain.

Well, I don't even know where to start. My first Abkhazia and immediately hit the bull's-eye! Here everything is as I like on vacation: the private sector, away from roads, near mountains, but you can see the sea, dogs bark, cats run, locals communicate, there are no shops across the street, canteens too, but in 10 minutes everything is in full. The owner Hakob Ivanovich immediately liked and liked us to the last, showed us all the rooms, apologized that preparations for the season were underway, answered all questions, offered to conduct any excursions, take /bring, and throughout his stay he always promptly, politely and interestedly tried to solve all situations that arose. The kitchen is separate on the ground floor - it has a full range of all utensils and everyday life.devices. The house itself is in the mountain - take it into account. A room with everything you need, but the only thing that was missing was hooks/shelves/coffee table or console... Otherwise, everything is great, if you understand where and why you are going. If you need Sochi-Dubai service, you will go to the first coast or to Amra for 10p / day) and here is the dog Butch, who will immediately buy you out if you are not at the address))) here to grateful courteous guests who appreciate the true entourage of the country of the soul, and not the sleek tourist decorations))) Now if we are in Gagra, then definitely here 🤗 thank you for these wonderful 10 days 💚

We had a rest in early September 2022. Room 3, floor 2. Room 3-bed, 1 double bed, comfortable mattress, on 1 single bed there is of course a "tired" mattress. The bed linen was white, they give us 1 towel for the legs and 1 bath towel per person, so you need to take it with you for the face. The room is clean and matches the photos provided by the landlord. There is a towel hook and a soap stand in the bathroom. What is not very convenient is the sink in the shower area, so to wash, brush your teeth, you need to go in rubber shoes. There are no cups for a toothbrush, but you can buy it or bring it with you, for example, I bought a paper one for coffee. There is toilet paper on arrival, but it is not replenished. All other soap, etc., can be purchased at the store. Prices are slightly more expensive than in Russia, but this is because Russian goods are subject to import duties. There is a table and 2 chairs on the balcony, there is a clothes dryer, as in hotels. View from the balcony to the sea, beauty! There is a kitchen, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a high chair for feeding a child. The guests are greeted by Ekka and Okop Ivanovich, good people, if necessary, they will prompt and orient. My impressions of the guest house are sincere, atmospheric, delicious air (like in the country, only the sea is visible from the window), the area is quiet, there is a city hospital nearby (5 minutes), there is also a pharmacy, 15 minutes to the sea at a calm pace, but where to hurry is on vacation. Having lived at the top, I understand that I made the right choice, because those who live on the 1st, 2nd line by the sea are noisier there (cars, more people). The beach is small pebbles, so take aquashouses, it hurts to go into the sea without them. The sea is clean, the beach is too.
