A few days ago I visited the Cafe on Lomonosov Street. A friend was celebrating her birthday in it. Both the hostess of the evening and all the guests were very satisfied with both the cuisine and the service. All the staff are great fellows. We were served by 2 nice girls who almost instantly fulfilled all the requests of the guests. The cook was great - the food was insanely delicious! The atmosphere in the cafe is cozy, it was very comfortable to relax. I will definitely go back there again!

PEOPLE!!! Avoid this place!!!
Before this cafe was more or less normal, but now I can describe it in one word – HORROR!
We celebrated 3 events in this institution for 2 years – the christening of our son, then 1 year and yesterday we celebrated 2 years.
Everything was fine the first time.
The second time we were a little dissatisfied – raw grilled vegetables, tasteless chops, French-style meat was scattered in 3-4 layers on one plate, the dishes were served at the wrong time, the lack of light (There was a slight romance by candlelight). At my request to do something about this problem, the administration of the institution simply threw up their hands. Since we live in this house ourselves and we know that sometimes the light goes out and you just need to go turn on the switch – I did this work myself 3 times.
After the second time, my wife and I decided that next year we would choose another cafe. But since the cafe is very conveniently located for us, we decided to try it again.
Yesterday we celebrated 2 years in this "cafe". And today we are very sorry that we stepped on this RAKE for the second time!!!
When we were making up the menu, we pointed out all the previous errors to the administrator Lena and she promised that this time she would personally control the cooking of rustic potatoes, grilled vegetables, barbecue and timely serving of dishes.
Unfortunately, Elena was absent yesterday and it turned out to be utter chaos without her. I do not know for what reasons she was not there yesterday, so there are no special complaints about her, since she is probably the only person in the Cafe On Lomonosov who knows a little about running a restaurant business.
Now a little bit about yesterday's party:
1) Everything we asked Elena to do was fulfilled by 0%!!!
2) Grilled vegetables were filled with soy sauce and they literally floated on a plate. They naturally tasted terrible too!
3) Rustic potatoes and the bulk of the hot dishes were served 3-3.5 hours after the start of the feast. In response to our numerous requests, the cook also said 10, 15, 10, 5,10 ..... minutes=(((
4) Shish kebab, if this "dish" can be called that, which was served to us, just tastes disgusting. Fried meat in a frying pan is 100 times better than this kind of barbecue. It tasted like the meat was just boiled in a castrule and fried a little in a frying pan. Most likely, it was cooked like that, because one cook cooked all the food and probably just didn't have time to do it! But this does not mean that we have to pay 1000 UAH for this crap.!!!
5) Why do you charge 10% for the service??? When I asked to put clean plates under the cake, the girl who acted as the administrator said that they did not have so many dishes. Then we waited 15-20 minutes without plates and forks while this girl washed our plates!
In general, this is only part of what upset us!!!
The only good thing is that no one seems to have been poisoned! This is probably the only plus of yesterday's feast =)
So dear people. If you are reading this review, make the right decision for yourself.
Well, we have already done it - we categorically do not recommend the cafe "On Lomonosov"!!!

I liked this cafe. It's not big, it's cozy. Friendly staff. The prices are also normal. In short, I liked it.
