It's a good place to relax with your family, it wouldn't hurt to change some balls, a lot of them are broken, chipped, and you can cut your hand. It's not bad. When the people are fully landed, there are not enough balloons at all. It's hard to wait for the staff, it's easier to go by yourself. The music is cheerful, suitable for any age. The pizza is very tasty and juicy, we waited for 20 minutes when the guests were fully seated. If it wasn 't for the balls , it would be better .

Bowling. The tracks are awfully crooked. The food is tasteless. Maintenance standards. Karaoke works in advertising, but it doesn't really work. The calculation is sooooo slow. We celebrated 18 years with a new promotion of 40 rubles per person, unlimited bowling. I liked the action "a glass of foam for a strike" even more, luck accompanied us. To begin with, no one will provide you with shoes for the game. The balls for the game are so "killed" that they can cut your fingers. As for the kitchen, it's a separate story. Having ordered something other than drinks, be prepared that they will bring it to you only in at least an hour (with the stated 15 minutes) . When finding out where the order is, they answer: "expect a full landing, we don't have time." Although adequate establishments warn about such nuances in advance and before paying for orders. As a result, after playing for an hour, the food was not served to us, although other tables were served regularly. The staff are incompetent children who, in a conflict situation, do not even try to smooth out the corners. With this kind of service, don't expect customers to reach out to you.

Terrible hardware and software.
I decided to celebrate my birthday with a girl at the bowling alley today. I booked the track 3 days in advance. We came, paid for 2 hours, and started playing. We played 2 games and decided to have a snack while we were sitting, the track was turned off and turned on with empty results and nicknames. I went to ask for the nicknames to be returned at least, to which they replied, "I can't put them on now and restart the track." Okay, I turned a blind eye to it and went on playing with the girl. After 2 more games, the computer froze at the final stages, it simply did not switch the player and did not record the score, consider that you can knock down the pins, but does not record the score, the question is, what is the point of the game just throwing balls? I didn't pay to keep score of the game myself on a piece of paper. I went to figure it out, to which they replied, "Yesterday only after repairs, the software is malfunctioning, but you play like this, the computer will plumb in 5 minutes and everything will count."
Whoooooooo? Are you after repairs and your equipment is not working? Seriously? And before you put it into operation, do you need to check it?
We got angry, took some of the money and left.
The result: A ruined Birthday, nerves, mood and wasted money for an hour of play
I do not advise you to visit this institution, especially now.

We were at karaoke. The place is terrible . They did not warn that they work up to an hour on Friday , although the work schedule on the website and on the doors is different .
The songs were included themselves , since there was no one in the hall .
They also punched cognac 60 rubles, and in the menu 45 (it's good that we noticed), the answer was gorgeous "we didn't have time to change"
The ticket for admission was given only when you leave and on demand, the time when the ticket was punched when we left.
The complaint was never responded to .

Karaoke is terrible. From the category (Look for it yourself on YouTube). The interior is so-so. The service is low - no one cares about you. It's okay if you sit without cutlery for an hour or ask for it yourself. And there is no one to ask! The waiter is busy with his important business. Don't forget the microphone from home. Of the promised 3, only 2. Which then you have to run around the tables looking for yourself. Why write that they work until 5 if they are already asked to leave at 3? I do not recommend celebrating a holiday or just relaxing in karaoke!

The music is playing so loud that it is difficult to hear the interlocutor, it would be fine if normal music was playing there, but this music is completely unsuitable for bowling, rather for the disco of the noughties. During the whole game, the waiter did not come up to us, although there was salt on the table, so it seems that the institution should offer something. When we wanted to order something ourselves, there was no one at the bar. Previously, I visited the Mainland all the time, but I wanted to visit similar establishments. So I can say that bowling in the Mainland is much better.
