We ordered food at about 12:30 p.m. local time. The delivery time is 13:45-14:07. At 14:30, we call the restaurant, specify the delivery address, and ask how long to wait. To which the girl replies that our order only left 15 minutes ago and will be in 10 minutes! Another half hour passes and there is no order! We dial the restaurant again, and they throw off the tubes twice! The third time we took it, and we start to find out... the girl says that it already turns out they called us and couldn't get through, so the courier went to another order. My friend didn't have any money on her phone, so they probably didn't get through! But the order contains two numbers, mine and a friend's! Well, I don't understand why the courier should call us if the delivery address, all codes and so on should be indicated! And they call in the most rare cases! Usually the order is delivered silently without calls!
Then he arrived, brought a torn pocket, soaked, this package stuck to the shawarma! He opened the package with his dirty hands to prove that the food was in its normal form, laying it all on the desk at the reception.... Accordingly, we said we would not eat this! Thank God that the order was made in cash!

Today, on the eve of the holiday, we ordered pizza with our colleagues at our favorite restaurant. The order was made through the website, where the choice fell on the pizza "4 flavors", the cost of which is 30.90. The pizza was delivered the wrong one, the receipt turned out to be pizza "4 seasons", which is lower in price, 21.90. But it was in the receipt for the price of "4 flavors". They called and explained the situation. We received an answer that the administrator made a mistake, we will make a 15% discount on the next order, which we no longer want to make. Delivery to the city center (new department store) 1 hour 45 minutes.
We ordered : draniki (very greasy, they taste like old butter, which was fried more than once); poke with chicken (tasteless and spicy); pizza Margarita (the most common of all the Margaritas that I tried, rather tasteless, they tried to season themselves, add salt, did not save); onion rings (the picture is like with draniki), a box with potatoes and chicken, cabbage salad (if you are very hungry, you can eat it). I didn't like any of the dishes. There's a lot of competition, it's much tastier! I don't think we'll order any more here.
