We visited in August 2024.
Positive:
- located on the first line, next to the reservoir, the sandy beach is just a stone's throw away.
- there are three swimming pools and a sauna on site. There is a tower, a slide. Everything is included in the price, without restrictions.
- the kitchen is not bad
- it is forbidden to drink alcohol on the territory, so no noisy companies, everything can be said in a family way.
Cons:
- the Standard rooms have low hot water pressure. I understand that this problem is all over the city, but nevertheless. After swimming in the pools and reservoir, you need to take a shower with clean water. The water is running better in the Comfort rooms, and it is quite possible to take a shower.
- it is quite far from the central part of Konayev, there are no pharmacies or large shops nearby. It may be important to someone.

A wonderful place with comfortable accommodation, its own parking under the cameras, a spacious recreation area with 4 pools of different depths, slides, a sauna and much more. Hospitable and decent hosts, thank them for a pleasant stay

A gorgeous area with swimming pools, slides and sun loungers. The children liked it very much. Alcohol is prohibited on the territory, this is a big plus for families with children. The rooms are comfortable. The only disadvantage is that you can not bring your own food to the room, food is only in the cafe
