Positive:
Delicious, beautiful, 0 complaints about the quality of the products, everything is chic and shiny.
Minuses:
Courier. Delivery. This is the second time there has been a problem with delivery, the network has a personal courier and his work, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired.
Forget about even being roughly informed about the delivery time. Administrators tell the courier on the route and on the way, but they can't say anything.
On March 8, I ordered gifts for my wife, the administrator promised that they would be delivered from 9 to 12. As a result, the chat was completely ignored, the courier had not appeared at all yet, and the time was 2 hours ago. Although I got up at 9 a.m. on a special day off, just like that, apparently.
As a result, I already have to leave, and I can't even find out when they will deliver to me and whether they will fulfill their obligations at all.
Upd:
The order was delivered late at 2h, I was no longer there, my wife was picking it up, the courier offered to pay for her a second time, although I paid for everything on the day of the order, the holiday was completely ruined. My wife was standing with 2 large boxes and called me in a panic, I have no words, only emotions. Draw your own conclusions.
Naturally, no one even apologized, they don't care :)
In addition, I had to call the administrators myself to resolve the issue of delivery and payment...
Conclusion:
I do not recommend using the services due to the terrible attitude towards delivery and the customer after you have paid (placed an order). If it's pick-up, you can use it, but I recommend studying other reviews here on this topic, there are also plenty of adventures there.

I have been familiar with the project for a long time, even before the opening of the first cafe in Minsk-mir. She was very fond of desserts and, in particular, chocolate-covered strawberries. I periodically looked into the coffee shop and in any situation when they asked "what to give for a holiday?" She didn't hesitate to tell me about her favorite fruits.
Therefore, when the dates of the last master classes were set, it was very quickly decided to get in and try to feel everything yourself.
The bells started at the stage of agreeing on the details. The prepayment bill had to wait a day. And, if at the first second I wanted to run to pay for everything urgently, then understanding that this is more for show, no one will specify and prescribe payment terms... It's a very strange feeling. It just so happens that due to my work, I am directly connected with the service and just online management. Such long waits suggest that you are not really needed as a client.
The second bell was in the banal attitude of the employees before and during the master class. It feels like when you turn to the girl at the checkout, you pull her out of her main job, either in documents or on the phone. Did she smile at least once during her stay?... Honestly, I don't remember.
According to the master class itself. It is possible to combine children and adults into a single unit profitably from the side of money, but not from the side of visitors. It was very unpleasant when they literally shouted at you across the table with the intention of taking something from under your hands. At the same time, it was clear that the girl leading the class either did not know how to coordinate such diverse visitors, or was already tired of perceiving.
Which finally finished off the impression. The realization that neither my friend nor I remember point-blank whether we offered to disinfect our hands with soap / antiseptic in front of the class itself. When all the people were already gathered at the table, it was not specified for sure.
And also there were no new beautiful "Instagram" aprons, nor ordinary cellophane ones. More precisely, we later noticed that something similar was lying on the windowsill. But, attention to the question, after paying the money, do you still need to clarify about hygiene while working on your own?
It seemed to me that such things are included in the concept of service. If there is one, of course.
To summarize. It seems that the mood is not spoiled, the set turned out delicious, but the sediment remained. There is no desire to get acquainted with new products anymore. To advise acquaintances and friends too.
The master class turned out to be a "one-time try", quoting the person with whom we visited it. And, in principle, I agree with this opinion.

The first visit and immediately liked everything. Very nice sincere girls, not "frozen". They will be happy to tell you about their products. Desserts are on top (moderately sweet, the quality of the products is felt). The coffee is good.
On a weekday afternoon, the place is half empty, there are plenty of places.
I don't live in this area, but I will definitely look in again on occasion. I also recommend to visit.

I think that this organization is not customer-oriented enough, because if there are several offline stores within the borders of Minsk, pickup can only be carried out from the pick-up point on the street. Trostenetskaya. You can also pay for the order at pickup only in cash or online in advance, which is surprising at the moment.

We attended a master class on mochi today. It's very little like a master class. The dough is ready, the filling is too. The proportions were not said, because it is a "trade secret". From the master class, I expected that I would be able to repeat it at home after it.
When asked to tell about the story of moti, the presenter could not answer anything.
The price is 90 rubles, expensive, provided that the ingredients are not expensive enough, even if the cost of the master class is included in the rental of premises and advanced training courses for an employee, it still turns out to be unreasonably expensive.
I was very upset that I was not warned about the impossibility of paying with a card.
The master class was delayed by 15 minutes. The room was very stuffy.
My verdict is 2/5. It is not recommended.
1 star for the beautiful design and shark sneakers. 1 star for the fact that the mochi came out still delicious.

I was at a master class in a new room with my daughter, everything would be fine but:
1. The event was supposed to start at a certain time, but the delay of 30 minutes was significant, further planned plans were slightly disrupted, arrived at the next location late.
2. The moment that the repair seems to have been done coolly inside, but the temperature was low in the room for children who are in the master class.
3. The moment with sprinkles for decoration, there were enough large jars, but there were a lot of people and we had to constantly wait for sprinkles, it is easier to arrange all kinds of jewelry in small containers, but for each child or couple who is in a master class (here purely my opinion) there would be less fuss and expectation of both children and adults.
I can say that the child was 100% satisfied, but these moments have a very bad effect on the reputation of the company. The sales process and the attention shown are at a high level, but the process itself inside the master class is not quite finished yet. I hope that everything will get better and we will find ourselves back in your institution that broadcasts a high level. Good luck to you guys.

I was at a master class on mochi, I was very disappointed. First of all, their inconsistency with the program specified in Instagram. Here is a description of the situation:
1. Their school's insta did not respond about the details of the MK, I wrote to the coffee shop's insta itself, where they also did not respond soon.
2. In less than a day, they wrote that the MK was canceled, due to the fact that there were not enough 2 people. They offered dates to choose from, but after my persuasion they changed their minds.
3. The program clearly stated that they would teach you how to make mochi dough, and tell you the secrets of making creams. In fact, the dough was already ready, we were shown how to mix it, and when I asked how to make the dough, they offered to visit an individual MC (400 rubles per day, for a minute)
It was also with the filling.
4. The teacher conducted her first master class, before that, she had no experience of conducting MK, according to her
5. MK ended half an hour earlier
6. I expressed my dissatisfaction in the insta, where they did not apologize, but sent a technical map of the preparation of mochi and fillings, proving that this master class was purely entertaining, and in general the dialogue was not completed on their part.
That is, in total, for 95 rubles, you will get the opportunity to put any filling in the finished dough and beautifully wrap it in a box with their logo. Yes, it's delicious, but I didn't cook it at all

Promoted social networks (instagram, tik tok) brought me to this place. The interior is beautiful, girly. I expected more, but in fact the cafe is for once.
There is little space, it is very difficult to hang clothes when fully seated, the hanger acting as a wardrobe is very small. The floor is all wet (yes, winter, snow, etc., but the fact remains). The prices are very overpriced, I would not say that the food was wow. The cafe positions itself as god friendly, but the dog was not even brought water. The conclusion is this: a cafe for photos on Instagram and that's it.

Outerwear hangs one on one, people take their clothes, throw someone else's, jackets are lying around, the staff does not follow this, passes by with the look "it does not concern me". The guys make delicious strawberries, but there are obvious problems with time management.

The cafe itself is pretty, but the attitude leaves much to be desired.
I came to the cafe and, as usual, turned to the bar to make an order. I was sent upstairs to take a table, familiarize myself with the menu and was told that they would be suitable. I just waited and wrote down a story about how long to wait, even though the situation seemed fine. To which I received a comment from the hostess that actually it says in the menu that orders are being made at the bar, but they sent me to just take a seat and look at the menu, since the menu is only on the tables.
That's how they hinted to me that I'm stupid, I can't even read the information in the menu. And for some reason, no one was interested in the fact that their waiter promised to come up.
The prices are not small, above average for cafes in Minsk, this is not some kind of poppy, but the attitude is as if it were a bk at all.

At the same time, the staff denied that they were missing something, although how can you deny the obvious. There are no questions about the order itself.

We came to the pastry shop on Mira in the afternoon to specially try chocolate-covered strawberries, as we saw repeatedly in storis that this dessert is present in the window. At the checkout, the guy was talking some nonsense, saying that chocolate-covered strawberries and desserts in the window are different structures, and that if we want to try, we can only order online or by phone. I postponed the search for a gift until the last day, I think all guys do this. As a result, I ordered a set around lunchtime right on the day of the holiday. The guys did not refuse, which was very pleasing, because before them I tried to order a set of chocolate-covered strawberries in other places, but they answered with a firm "NO", saying we accept the order at least 1 day before the date...
The guys from Myloverberry called me even before the agreed time and told me to come pick up the kit. I came for a masterpiece, beautifully packaged, beautifully decorated, and also put a greeting card as a gift!

I applied for the first time on March 7, agreed on the 8th for a branded bouquet of pink tulips, specified the time when I would pick it up, and replied - we will be waiting for you. Upon arrival, no bouquet was waiting for me and pink tulips, to collect it on the go, it did not turn out to be in the required quantity. They began to pull out and offer me completely green and completely opened remnants of different colors and sizes to make a mix.. Are you serious?
I spent my time and gasoline, arriving from the other side of the city, being sure that the desired bouquet was waiting for me, then I drove around the city in search of pink tulips for my mother, because it was already after lunch on March 8th and all colors except pink and not the best quality remained on the shelves.. I spent a total of 3 hours.
Responsibility is what this institution lacks. And no one even apologized. When ordering here, do not exclude the possibility that you will be forgotten. I would put 0, but Yandex does not allow it)
