Have a nice day, everyone! I am writing this review not only for Mycar Astana customers, but also primarily for the management of this business. The salon is super, there is no doubt about it. But the staff who are engaged in buying out cars with their schemes is just a shame. First, they estimated the car for 30 million, then the same car for 29 million, and as soon as the car was diagnosed, they say that they allegedly had problems with the program and they can only offer 28 million. Moreover, we are talking about a brand new dealer car that is under warranty. Everything would be fine if they immediately announced their amount. I lost half a day on this and gained disappointment.
Dear Mycar executives, take a look at this case. Obviously, not everything works according to your conceptual processes.
