There are good tracks, sometimes it sucks. Music 7/10. The food is delicious, I do it quickly. The food is 9/10.

My husband came dressed in expensive branded clothes (of the cheapest things he was wearing were a bike and a jacket from GUESS). Hello! We would like to express our sincere dissatisfaction. Yesterday we wanted to have a cultural rest at your institution, we arrived in a good mood. At the entrance, we were greeted by "friendly" security staff, who decided to do selective passport control. The guy did not dare to ask for identification documents, but the girls apparently hooked on something and only the girls were contacted for identification. The company that came after us was a little more lucky, only some of the Guests showed their documents there and went to rest quietly. When I noticed why all the Guests were missed, they answered so that I would not meddle in someone else's work and quote: "Girl, don't talk to us!". As law-abiding citizens, we didn't think for a long time and went to get the documents. When we returned with the documents and provided them to the security staff, we were rudely refused: "Without explanation!". When asked to provide a book of suggestions and comments, as well as to call the administrator to clarify the situation, we were refused. The head of security (it seemed to say "Alexander" on the badge) kept saying that he BASICALLY did not want to let us in. Apparently, no one has heard about customer orientation and respectful attitude there. The head of security also said that I was nobody, although I was already on the territory of this institution, therefore, I was a Guest whom they were obliged to serve.

On 11/26/2022, the company wanted to visit the Mint bar, but at the entrance the guard demanded registration from a foreign citizen, referring to the fact that they have such visiting rules.
When studying the admission regime and the rules for visiting the Mint bar, it is stated that foreign citizens must present registration, not a passport, when visiting this institution. After that, the guards could not really explain why they needed registration, and not a passport, and began to refer to the rules for restricting access to the Mint bar at the point: the security staff of the Mint bar reserve the unconditional right to assess the conformity of the appearance of visitors and the format and image of the institution. At the same time, foreign citizens were already in the bar and registration was not required from them.
I would like to note that a week earlier the same company visited the bar and there were no questions about the image and the presence of registration.
The impression of the Mint bar is ruined.
I ask the administration to deal with this issue.
