Great hotel! very friendly staff, cool patio where cute cats live), delicious breakfast! there is good water pressure in the shower, air conditioning in the room, a comfortable bed. convenient location: close to shops, fruit stalls, cafes, 30-40 minutes walk to the beach. we arrived from the airport by 600 bus, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. if you arrive at terminal 1, you can also take a tram, in this case it takes 15 minutes to walk from the bus stop to the hotel.

Unfortunately, we managed to visit this hotel for only one night, but we were delighted! Very polite and good-natured staff, we were placed in a very nice and cozy bungalow, everything is clean and comfortable. We also did not know that breakfast was included in the accommodation, which was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was very nutritious and varied, next time we will definitely stay with you for a little longer!

What I didn't like was moving the bed, there was a mountain of dust under it. There were stains on the bed linen that can no longer be washed. The smell of the laundry was clean - there was a smell of detergent powder. On the plus side, the staff is very positive and responsive. The breakfasts are ordinary, not super, but they are quite good.

A good location, close to the main attractions, the promenade and the shopping center. The staff is very very cool, but the lack of an elevator and the frequent change of water temperature + dirty air conditioning left a bad impression.
The breakfasts are super, as an intermediate point for a few days it fits perfectly.

What did you like:
• Pleasant, friendly staff. They smile, greet, and help in solving various emerging issues and problems
• Booking requests are taken into account
• No insects in the room! Not one in 10 days
• The air conditioner works perfectly, refreshes quickly, is NOT noisy at all
• A balcony with a view of the road, the city, opposite the house. There's a table and chairs, you can relax
• The area is not noisy, while the infrastructure is around and there is a shop on the corner, vegetables and fruits are also nearby, 10 minutes walk to the center, 5 minutes to the nearest bus stop
• Room cleaning on request
• The bed linen is clean and white. Towels too
• The breakfasts are fresh and delicious, but the same every day (you can choose the egg format and drink, the rest of the set is standard)
• A wonderful patio where you can have breakfast and just sit and read a book. Citrus fruits, persimmons, etc. are growing…
• Very comfortable mattress, elastic. Sleeping is a pleasure
• Wifi works well. There is one in the room, another in the garden
• There are Russian channels, three of which are definitely spoken in Russian
We lived in room 204
You can walk to the beach ~ 20 minutes, you can take the KL08 bus, use maps (Yandex maps or maps)
We took a tram from the airport and walked for ~ 12 minutes, you can take a bus (600,800) and get closer
The hotel fully corresponds to 3 stars
What owners should pay attention to:
• The refrigerator is corroded at the bottom, you can grease it with white
• There is a big black spot on the wall, I would hang a small picture above the bedside table
• Add normal hangers to the closet
Temporary difficulties in 10 days:
Periodically problems with hot water, 2-3 days, but immediately called the masters and soon the water appeared. They were treated with understanding
