I contacted the company about the move. I am satisfied with the service. All the guys are professionals, they explained everything, told us how to do it better. They also helped with the loading quickly and accurately, it is immediately clear that this case has been handled for a long time and successfully. Fragile items were packed and properly folded so that nothing would break on the way. I didn't have to ask for unloading either, everything was done without delay. They are punctual, polite and accurate. I recommend you to cooperate.

I turned to My Garage for a turnkey relocation service, because I myself am not particularly experienced in packaging and am not very careful. I decided that the professionals would do a better job than me. And I was not mistaken.
The specialists responded quickly and to the point on Instagram and Telegram, and we agreed in advance on the approximate amount of work, date and time. As a result, they asked to move the time to another one, but this is not critical at all, because moving in any case eliminates a couple of working days.
The service assigned two specialists, Yaroslav and David, to pack and deliver my things. Both are very polite and pleasant young people who know how to work quickly and smoothly, do not hesitate to ask clarifying questions, but at the same time do not distract from my studies (I continued to work part of the time assembling things).
I don't have many things: we planned 15 large boxes, but in the end we made it to 12, plus several individual units. The guys did it in less than 3 hours, which pleased and surprised me. I definitely wouldn't have packed all my things in a day.
But I am especially pleased with the reverse unpacking, which I am continuing to do right now. Each item, especially jars or bottles (and I have quite a lot of food in the refrigerator and not only that, which, of course, I would not like to throw away or leave) are packed in protective bubble wrap, and stacked in boxes so that nothing is damaged during transportation. In general, respect to these guys!
I would like to note that the total cost of a turnkey move is decent, it cannot be compared to just paying for movers and a cargo taxi. But at the same time, I understand how much of my time I saved by delegating packaging to this company, so I don't think I overpaid.

We helped with the move, from the old apartment to the new one. There were a lot of things, household appliances, furniture, everything was carefully helped to pack and loaded into the car. The trip was uneventful, and the things were in the apartment after 2.5 hours! I liked the well-coordinated work and the prices.

I used the services of this garage last summer and everything was fine. But yesterday there was a tinker.
About a week later, we agreed on the time with the administrator that we would arrive by 2 p.m. on Sunday and they would open the storage for downloading things.
On Saturday evening, the time was confirmed to us, but the next day, at 13:21 on Sunday, that is, 40 minutes before the scheduled time, when we had already packed all our things, loaded them into a rented truck and left for the warehouse, we received a message that the administrator was ill and would not be able to open the garage for us.
We were offered to choose a time on another day, which was completely impossible for us - the next morning we already had plane tickets purchased.
Interestingly, the problem turned out to be unsolvable on the garage side (or there was simply no desire to solve it) - we were told that there was only one key and that the only receptionist who was admitted to the hospital had it.
Of course, we wish the administrator well (if she is really in the hospital), but I absolutely do not understand how such a business can have exactly one key and exactly one administrator.
Fortunately, we had a backup storage option and everything worked out for us, but the situation was stressful and it is unlikely that we will use the services of this garage in the future. And if you are going to, then plan everything with a very large margin in time.

I would like to thank Garage company. We moved to a new office, we thought that we would not be able to do it in one day, but the employees of the company were surprised, they know their business, our previous experience with another fairly well-known company was sad. These guys are great, our heads are spinning, but they work smoothly, the car was delivered on time, everything that needed to be disassembled, packed, worked out carefully, the furniture was placed in place as we requested, nothing was damaged, everything was finished by the end of the working day. I would especially like to highlight the movers, who are experienced and polite. We were very satisfied with the company, we will contact you!

We decided to move and spent a long time choosing a carrier. We stopped at them, we didn't regret it, the movers are obviously not doing this for the first time. They helped a lot with packing the most fragile things, they offered it themselves. The chests of drawers and the wall were dismantled quickly and just as quickly assembled in a new place. I was very worried about things, but the guys treated everything very carefully, as if they were their own. Thanks!

We agreed with them a few days in advance for a specific time (they chose the day and time themselves), and at a specific hour they wrote that they were canceling. They texted me half an hour before the meeting, and I was already there. Allegedly, their "administrator went to the hospital." But firstly, if you get to the hospital, you don't know about it in half an hour, and secondly, a normal business has replacement employees in such a case. Anyway, today is Sunday, I'm flying out tomorrow night and I don't know where to put my suitcase. They let me down very much

I applied for a moving service. They responded to my messages promptly, everything was explained and agreed upon in advance. A couple of days before the scheduled date, they contacted me and confirmed that everything was in effect. The movers arrived on time. The guys are very polite. They were taken from one apartment and moved to another. Everything went very well.

It's funny that you try to justify yourself to other people with the help of a place where you won't get an answer "it's not like that", but either you're confusing something or you're intentionally lying.
I do not know what problems you had on the 23rd, but I know that you still do not care about the client who trusted your service, gave all the information, prepared everything for transportation on time, but you never arrived.
Thanks for the adventure with the boxes 4 hours before the move.

In general, it's not even one star, but 0. I don't understand where the reviews about punctuality come from, it's not here

This is the most disgusting storage service ever. They are trying to cut down money on everything: they took 18 thousand drams to take things with a loader to the warehouse, and offered to bring them home from the warehouse for 31. When asked why, they answer "we actually met you halfway when we took things away and put less out," although there was never any talk of such a thing.
By the way, it cost me 5k drams to pick up things from their warehouse with a Yandex taxi with a loader (instead of the 31k offered by this service)
In short, I do not advise anyone, liars

I ordered an assistant with delivery to the warehouse and storage in the warehouse. The assistant arrived even a little earlier than the appointed time, warned about it. I brought boxes, tape and film with me. Quickly, carefully and neatly packed all things in compliance with all requests.
