A wonderful city hotel. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. You can always solve any issue. Our room was for three people. One double bed and one double bed. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. The room has a kettle, cups, dishes and glasses. Breakfast is on the 7th floor. According to the assortment, it is quite sufficient so that after it you do not feel hungry until 5-6 pm. Excellent transport accessibility. Between the T1 tram stops Gulhane and Sikerji. Sultanahmet Square with all the main attractions is 1 stop or 5 minutes on foot by tram. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is amazing, all the main attractions are nearby, the breakfasts are decent, varied, the staff is polite and friendly. The hotel is clean, cozy, the room and bathroom are small, but this does not spoil the impression at all.

The location of the hotel is good, clean, the room is cleaned every day, water is brought every day. Breakfast for four, coffee from the coffee machine. The furniture is new, the water pressure is excellent, the plumbing is in good condition (lived on the 2nd floor). There are only positive memories about the hotel. Very friendly managers. Mesut, Muhammet, Osman (Russian-speaking). They didn't impose anything, they helped at any request! Personally, for me, one minus is the tram. He rattles like a freight train, it's good that he drives until 12 o'clock and starts at 6 in the morning. But this is personally mine, and the hotel itself is not affected in any way.

The hotel is perfectly located from the famous sights of Istanbul, literally within walking distance. There is a tram stop nearby, Galata bridge with a large number of fish restaurants, boat berths. The breakfast was very varied, changed every day, a lot of baked desserts, delicious coffee, the only thing was that there were no hot dishes, the omelet was cold, but it didn't bother us. Breakfast was held on the 7th floor overlooking the Bosphorus.

A very cozy hotel! Very nice and helpful staff! Good location. Breakfast on the top floor, gorgeous view and almost tame seagulls!
Of the cons:
1) tram under the windows. But literally the next day it does not bring any discomfort. And we're not going to Istanbul to sleep!
2) very small bathroom with shower. But perhaps this will not confuse everyone)
In my company, some of my friends were accommodated in another hotel, further away from the tram lines. Their hotel was beautiful, BUT I would go back to MY hotel, because all the little minuses were covered with bold pluses!

We had a rest from 30/03 to 02/04 2023. Great hotel!!!! Firstly, the location: within walking distance of Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, cisterns, Gulhane Park, embankment. Near the hotel there is a tram stop, a train station, a port. Secondly, the hotel itself: friendly staff, perfect cleanliness, comfortable rooms. We had a small room for two. A comfortable bed, a small wardrobe, and a safe in it. A kettle with a set of coffee/tea, two 0.5 bottles of water, replenished daily. There is gel, shampoo, conditioner in the shower. The room has a beautiful floor-to-ceiling window. Thirdly, breakfast: on the seventh floor with panoramic views of the Bosphorus and Istanbul. The food is varied, fresh, delicious! Fruits, vegetables, mousses, salads, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, cereals, muesli, a bunch of sweets that changed every day! Everything is very tasty! I definitely recommend the hotel, as it is not the first time in Istanbul and it is difficult to find a combination of price / quality / location! Everything is perfect here!

Of course, this is a simple hotel with "micro rooms", there is no comfort, everything is dirty and breathes well. I don't recommend it. The place itself is convenient - there is a park and a tram nearby.

Vacationed with my husband at this hotel at the end of May 2023. The most important thing for us was its location: within walking distance of Hagia Sophia, cisterns, Topkans, Gulhane Park, embankment. The hotel has perfect cleanliness, an elevator, cozy rooms with everything you need: air conditioning, a bed with a good mattress, a small wardrobe, a safe in it. A kettle with a set of coffee /tea, two 0.5 bottles of water, replenishment daily, a small refrigerator. There is gel, shampoo, conditioner in the shower. They cleaned perfectly, bed linen and towels were changed every day. The breakfasts were on the seventh floor with a panoramic view of the Bosphorus and Istanbul. The food is varied and delicious.
Thank you for your hospitality. We will be happy to stay with you on our next trip.

I really liked the hotel. We had a rest with a 2-year-old child at the end of June. When checking in together, we were given a triple room away from the city hype. The rooms are spacious, the beds with pillows are comfortable, the refrigerator, the TV we did not turn on, tea and coffee every day. The bed was changed 1 time in 4 days. The breakfast is very tasty (full of desserts, watermelons, cherries, plums, peaches, apricots, apples, pears), muesli, cereals, a million additives, cheeses, olives with olives, there was definitely something meat. We ate from morning to dinner. The location is just top. All the sights of Istanbul (except for the Asian part), we walked with a stroller! Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Galata Tower, Taksim Square, Grand Bazaar, little Hagia Sophia, embankments, Galatport, etc. During the eviction, they presented 2 cosmetic bags with Istanbul. I highly recommend the hotel

What was good:
Excellent location, modern room facilities, clean, friendly staff.
And simply excellent breakfasts! We were in winter, we got into chilly weather and the breakfasts were very pleasant and gave us a charge for the whole day! Light, bright, varied, delicious! The employees are trying very hard - it's obvious and very pleasant!
What was wrong:
Sooooo, well, it's just a very small room. Especially the bathroom, in which it is simply impossible to turn around or open the door.

We were with my husband in February 2023. This is a small, cozy hotel. The room has everything you need. The breakfasts are delicious. There are Russian-speaking staff. We got what we wanted for all our requests. Since I take earplugs everywhere with me, the sounds of the trams did not bother me. We were satisfied with the rest, we can recommend this hotel!

We were a family with a child of 6 years old in January, the hotel is wonderful, there is a Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, they will always help, the room is not cold, the room is cozy, clean, 1 double and 1 single, when you check in you get a small gift from the hotel, breakfast is brought to the room, 2 menu options that you can choose upon check-in, you can also refuse breakfast in the room, but you will have to go to a nearby hotel, where there will be a buffet, you will not stay hungry. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. The audibility in the room is reduced to a minimum, because the room was only in the evening and in the morning, then the tram could be heard, but this location did not bother us. At the departure, they organized a taxi, sailed with suitcases.
We will definitely come back again!
