The view from the window is on the construction site, but it is not noisy.
Plaster was falling from the ceiling
I give three points for cleanliness: the bathroom is poorly washed, towels were not always changed or not very clean, not washed.
There are no bathrobes, but it turns out that this is normal for 4 stars in Turkey.
The room has air conditioning for heat. Don't freeze.
Breakfast is the same every day: boiled eggs, sausages, cheese, delicious olives and other snacks. The bread is fresh.
The location is more or less convenient, it takes about 12 minutes to get to the tram stop.
This is my first trip, and next time I'll choose a hotel in the Galata area, it's cleaner there.
Summary: a hotel for an overnight stay will do.

The hotel has two stars minimum. Very old furniture, cleanliness in the room even upon check-in. There was garbage in the locker that had apparently not been cleaned for a long time. The faucet was leaking, the kettle was rusty, after two days of requests, another one was brought with a touch but without rust. The breakfasts are the same and very meager . I didn't come to this hotel on my own. the travel agent checked in, did not respond to requests to change, while I paid extra for the four. I do not advise anyone to come here from that position if you are going on Thursday, there is nothing in common in this department with the situation.

Advantages: the location is close to the main attractions. Quick check-in.
Cons: dirt, the room is dead, the bed is torn, traces of a burnt cigarette, pillows are generally a litter for dogs, a cup of coffee only 1 time upon check-in. Breakfast is monotonous, there is no meat at all, only chopped soy sausages. Cleaning is just mopping floors and garbage. In general, I do not recommend the hotel!

The location is good, the historic district and everything is within walking distance. The kitchen for breakfast is not bad. But the content of the hotel itself is not very good... the rooms are poorly cleaned and serviced!

The hotel is in a good location: the tram stop is not far away, uphill, there is not a narrow road in front of the hotel. It's a long walk to the subway. Nearby there is a Migros, a canteen, a currency exchange.
The hotel has friendly staff, they helped with everything.
The breakfast is good, there is a choice, everything was updated half an hour before the end.
If you come across a room with a sea view, it will be nice.
By room: there is a conditioner, a hair dryer, a small refrigerator, a kettle (but with a touch). They give you slippers. Without dental supplies.
The linen is clean, but it is clear that it has been used for a long time.
Cleaning was not done for the first two days, then it was done at the request, then it was done every day. Except for the floor, it is not cleaned.
They are given two bottles of water upon arrival, but they are no longer updated.
The most important disadvantage for me was the bathroom. Everything is in a raid, they don't wash it at all. It was unpleasant to touch everything.
In general, the hotel is 3 stars. You can live, but without pleasure.

A good budget hotel, an adequate price. Everything is within walking distance. I chose for a long time but did not regret it (yes, not ice, of course, but if you are not picky, then it will go. A normal hotel. Almost 4 stars. There are all kinds of kettles, towels, soap and shampoos. The breakfasts are monotonous, but quite tolerable.
Now (May 2024) the hotel has only one HUGE DISADVANTAGE - there is a construction site right outside the windows one and a half meters away. We just didn't sleep one night. Piles were hammered until 5 a.m. Why the Turks decided to build at night has remained a mystery.
It is also unclear what nights they work. Because out of 8 nights, 5 were still quiet. But three had to suffer.

There is a construction site nearby, it was noisy, they don't do room cleaning at all, they have an iron in full gold, you won't find it when you need it, the towel and bed were hardly changed at our request, water was given only on the day of arrival, and tea and coffee were also said to be given only once. Towels are not changed. The shower stall is leaking, I had to throw in a towel, which was taken away and not returned.The trash can in the bathroom was not very clean

Poor sound insulation - you can hear the neighbors, you can hear what's going on in the hallway.
The furniture is patched, supposedly antique, all chipped. The lighting seemed to be specially selected so that the flaws would not be obvious.
Dirty, rust, broken faucet, no warm water in the sink (although there is in the shower)
The air conditioners are apparently not cleaned, there is a black layer of dust on the blades.
There are two hangers for the entire closet, there is no shoe spoon.
How this hotel can have 4 stars is not clear.

I chose the hotel based on the photo, but alas, the hotel has removed its highlight, a rooftop restaurant with a panoramic view of the surrounding area, now there are just rooms. The hammam and pool are also not working, there is a construction site nearby, it is noisy. The service at the hotel is good, the check-in is fast, the staff is polite, the sights are nearby. The furniture is tired, but for such money I did not expect anything, the main thing is that everything is clean.

The hotel does not deserve 4 stars. A maximum of 3. Repairs could be made in the room, otherwise the electric shield without a lid, the platbands on the doors fall off. Breakfast is about nothing- monotonous and not tasty, and sometimes it's not even enough if you come later than 9:00. The staff is normal, but sometimes they forget to change towels and clean the room. The location in the historical center has both advantages and disadvantages - Al-Sofia and the Blue Mosque are nearby, but there is dirt on the street and a lot of people.

The furniture is quite battered. But the position is in the center. There is one outlet in the room. Accordingly, the phone was charging, and the computer was charging in the bathroom.
