Number 404, February 2025 The view from the window is on the construction site, but it is not noisy. Plaster was falling from the ceiling I give three points for cleanliness: the bathroom is poorly washed, towels were not always changed or not very clean, not washed. There are no bathrobes, but it turns out that this is normal for 4 stars in Turkey. The room has air conditioning for heat. Don't freeze. Breakfast is the same every day: boiled eggs, sausages, cheese, delicious olives and other snacks. The bread is fresh. The location is more or less convenient, it takes about 12 minutes to get to the tram stop. This is my first trip, and next time I'll choose a hotel in the Galata area, it's cleaner there. Summary: a hotel for an overnight stay will do.

The hotel has two stars minimum. Very old furniture, cleanliness in the room even upon check-in. There was garbage in the locker that had apparently not been cleaned for a long time. The faucet was leaking, the kettle was rusty, after two days of requests, another one was brought with a touch but without rust. The breakfasts are the same and very meager . I didn't come to this hotel on my own. the travel agent checked in, did not respond to requests to change, while I paid extra for the four. I do not advise anyone to come here from that position if you are going on Thursday, there is nothing in common in this department with the situation.

Advantages: the location is close to the main attractions. Quick check-in. Cons: dirt, the room is dead, the bed is torn, traces of a burnt cigarette, pillows are generally a litter for dogs, a cup of coffee only 1 time upon check-in. Breakfast is monotonous, there is no meat at all, only chopped soy sausages. Cleaning is just mopping floors and garbage. In general, I do not recommend the hotel!
