I was buying a violin. The model that I originally wanted turned out to be defective (they warned me right away). They offered two alternatives, I chose the one that is more expensive in price, but in the end I was satisfied with the purchase. Now this violin is my joy:) p.s.of the advantages, polite staff, answered all questions, helped with the choice, brought at the agreed time.
