Normal. Just sooooo many people, narrow corridors, just can't get through. Some of the expositions were darkened, it is completely unclear why they are being exposed like this. Nevertheless, I recommend it. Be sure to take the audio guide, it's free and in Russian.

Of course, you can't compare with the museums in Moscow and St. Petersburg, but if you have nothing to do in Vienna, then it's worth a visit.

There is a guide in Russian, but not in Ukrainian)... A pleasant museum about a woman who did not want to be an empress. I liked the second part more when you walk through the rooms of the palace. It is forbidden to take pictures!
