The hotel is located near the ancient sights, in a quiet area among the intricate streets. The friendly hostess (Julia) suggested to us the restaurant, which is a must-see from the sights. We checked in, although we arrived ahead of time, she asked about breakfast time and adjusted to us. The breakfast is homemade, delicious and satisfying. The rooms are compact, clean, everything you need is there, not stuffy, and you slept great in them. Textiles and wooden ceilings add to the atmosphere.

We visited this wonderful place in April 2025 with my husband together. The pieces of our hearts have remained forever in this wonderful place. The hostesses Yulia and her mother Lyubov Vasilyevna are very very hospitable and welcoming. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom is equipped with good plumbing, and the location is super good, all the sights are within walking distance, to the Arch, to the Labi House one street, 2 minutes on foot. The breakfasts are very nice , satisfying , very beautiful authentic courtyard
