The location is super convenient, the sea is within walking distance, massage parlors, 7/11 store, exchanger, fruits and gluttonous rows in the evening. Breakfast costs 200 baht per person, and you can order grilled fish right at the entrance in the evening. Unobtrusive service, if you refuse to clean, you will still find a couple of bottles of water under the door. The kettle broke, I took it to the reception and replaced it with a new one. The only thing is: the conder is either on maximum or just off, there is no middle position.

Good location: night market, Kata beach, laundries - everything is nearby. Rooms are cleaned on demand, pleasant and unobtrusive service.
The rooms have everything you need without frills, there were problems with drying clothes, but we found a way out - laundries with drying, a couple of hours and everything is ready.

Rooms with balconies will at least delight you with the sunlight in the morning. The rooms themselves are more or less decent, the staff is normal, the location is wonderful, again if you are a fan of the night market)) it's right next door, again, Kata Walking Street is under the windows, but because of this there are a lot of people, it's not far from the hotel to Kata Yai and Karon beaches.
