It's a great store. Just a huge selection of almost all types of musical instruments. Excellent product quality. The sellers are polite, they will advise and help with the choice. Convenient working hours.
On May 4, I bought a guitar at this music store, although I am not well versed in choosing and checking instruments. Yesterday I noticed that the sound comes only at the middle position of the switch, and in others it is almost inaudible. I took the guitar to a teacher at the music school where I study, and he confirmed that the problem was with the shift lever. He said it was a factory defect and advised me to exchange the tool.
Today I came to the store to try to do it. I was with a friend, but she was my age. I was refused an exchange, citing a small scratch. Yes, it could have appeared while I was transporting the guitar back and forth, but I couldn't damage the lever, because I barely had time to use the instrument. Instead of helping, they gave me the number of the master and made it clear that I should pay for the repairs. When I asked directly if I really had to pay myself, the employee replied that he could pay, but it would be "wrong", and again dictated the number. In the end, he added that if it was so important to me that he paid, I could tell the master that he would pay.
The store must be responsible for the quality of the product and fulfill warranty obligations. I'm 21 years old, and maybe I wasn't taken seriously because of my age, even though I wasn't alone.
A very unpleasant experience. I will not return to this store again, and I do not recommend it to others.
A nice, cozy store! The seller (and probably the owner of the store, in one person) is polite, intelligent. The instruments are modern, and we were looking for national instruments, the seller told us where to buy them.
The service is terrible, the prices are more or less reasonable, but you can only try the tool if you are going to buy it directly. The website does not list prices, and the schedule is unclear.
A good selection of musical instruments and related equipment. Probably the best in Tashkent. There are many guitars and basses in various variations and price categories. Among the brands are Cort, Ibanez, Squier, which compares favorably with the Chinese name of other stores. Everything needs to be looked at and felt. There is both outright slag with unpolished frets, and decent-sounding instruments. The prices are adequate.
I took a telecaster for myself, adjusted the beaker and the height of the strings at home, and was generally satisfied.
Cool store! I wanted to buy an expensive tool, considered different options, eventually settled on them, and I am very pleased with my choice. Respect!
Beautiful interior. A wide range of products. Sellers are cultured. I bought a Fender Squire guitar. The sales consultant was very helpful in choosing a combo and a sound card. He explained what is connected and how. I also wanted to buy a processor, but he clearly explained that I would not need it. Although here it is, take it and sell it when the customer asks for it))
I highly recommend not buying anything from this store.
Firstly, deadlines and promises are wildly violated. First, I will send everything in an hour, in two hours - make an advance payment, in 3 hours they eventually sent it. The telegram agreed that the courier's payment was at their expense, after which I made the payment.
The courier was not paid + prepayment by transfer to the card (hello tax) and the transfer fee, total +50k unscheduled sums.
2) the tuner included with the guitar was sent broken (broken);
3) the guitar is chipped;
In general: avoid the store, especially if you order online.
If you buy a musical instrument, then only here. Unlike competitors, there is a large selection: guitars, there are even flutes with saxophones, prices are the same as in other stores. I won't say it's cheap.
A good store, a large selection of musical instruments. There are plenty to choose from. It is a pity that there are no discounts and promotions. And it would be good if such a store were located closer to the city center.
There are no prices on the tools, until you get through to the staff, you will have time to inspect the entire store. The price is apparently voiced by a fool, they offered violins for 5 million, Chinese ordinary ones. They made their conclusions and left.
A large selection of tools. The disadvantage is that the sellers are mediocre, they did not advise anything, did not ask for what and what is needed. They were not ready to sell the goods and get the money. As a result, I bought tools from another store.
A good assortment, but completely indifferent sellers who do not care about customers. The sellers, sitting at the entrance, had lunch with friends and in fact it was difficult to get through them to the store 😁
It is located in the basement. The sellers are kind of frostbitten. If a man of the Sakhalin level came, they will serve, if a woman - they will hardly say an extra word. They don't understand anything about music.
