It's a great store. Just a huge selection of almost all types of musical instruments. Excellent product quality. The sellers are polite, they will advise and help with the choice. Convenient working hours.
On May 4, I bought a guitar at this music store, although I am not well versed in choosing and checking instruments. Yesterday I noticed that the sound comes only at the middle position of the switch, and in others it is almost inaudible. I took the guitar to a teacher at the music school where I study, and he confirmed that the problem was with the shift lever. He said it was a factory defect and advised me to exchange the tool.
Today I came to the store to try to do it. I was with a friend, but she was my age. I was refused an exchange, citing a small scratch. Yes, it could have appeared while I was transporting the guitar back and forth, but I couldn't damage the lever, because I barely had time to use the instrument. Instead of helping, they gave me the number of the master and made it clear that I should pay for the repairs. When I asked directly if I really had to pay myself, the employee replied that he could pay, but it would be "wrong", and again dictated the number. In the end, he added that if it was so important to me that he paid, I could tell the master that he would pay.
The store must be responsible for the quality of the product and fulfill warranty obligations. I'm 21 years old, and maybe I wasn't taken seriously because of my age, even though I wasn't alone.
A very unpleasant experience. I will not return to this store again, and I do not recommend it to others.
