We waited 2.5 hours for the meat and brought it cold.also, at the end, they added to the receipt what they did not take, after arguments, of course, they were removed from the receipt.
Terrible service. We booked a VIP room a week in advance. We arrived at the appointed time, we wanted to order a beer, but it turned out that there was no beer at all, we ordered two salads with shrimp and a beer set with shrimp. And they don't even have shrimp. The waiters threw up their hands saying that the suppliers had failed, aha, two suppliers at once in one day. They asked to call the administrator, but they did not wait for him all evening. An hour later they found us a beer (apparently they ran to the store). We ordered a Caucasian meat set for 36,000, of the declared 3 kg of meat there was at most 1 kg, and the rest was all vegetables, the set also included beef and kebab, but in fact they were not. In general, the prices are cosmic, interest is charged for each order. We won't go there anymore

The disadvantage of VIP rooms is the lack of ventilation, which makes it hot after a couple of hours.
An atmospheric karaoke bar with a large hall, a dance floor and separate comfortable rooms for close companies. Good kitchen and karaoke equipment. But the service is lame.
It's not a bad place to sit, but it's not a good place to sing. One microphone is excellent, the second is barely audible, the DJ alone knows how many halls and does not cope with the main hall - you have to wait a long time. The latter is not a reproach to the DJ, it is a minus to the institution for such an organization.
The service is at zero level, while 10% require a receipt: 1. until you find a waiter, they will not bring anything, you need to repeat what you ordered 2 times, since they bring only some dishes from the order; 2. They ordered a table in advance: there were 6 tables, but then after 2 hours they brought 3 more tables, from-because of this, 30 minutes were lost for each round, since karaoke orders go in turns for 2 songs, while either former colleagues or current ones were seated at additional tables, 3. Karaoke employees, transmit a microphone and orders in their own format, ignored the order at the tables, 4. For some reason local singers, that is, from karaoke, perform for an incomprehensible purpose, and they waste the time of visitors who are constantly waiting in line
There is a lot to write about the events in this cafe, but briefly - an impudent guard of young uncultured and ill-mannered people who imagined God knows who of themselves; a deceitful administration that removed its advertising from Instagram so that they would not be presented with physical proof of their lies; sky-high prices and not delicious food. Moreover, they turned the rest of the visitors against us when making claims against the administration and received insults from them. In general, it's a terrible place.
