I wish everyone not just to relax, but to have a good rest, so that it would be pleasant for both soul and body. So, the Medlar guest house is just for such a holiday!!! We had a rest from July 22 to 28. Lydia Borisovna took us in, and she will have good health for many years to come. We felt at home. Everything you need : snow-white linen, perfect cleanliness, two kitchens, on the first and on the second floor. Three shower cabins. Complete landscaping!!!Refrigerators. All for the benefit of vacationers. And what a view!!!!!! There are mountains on one side, and clouds on the mountains!!!! And on the other - the sea. A small beach. We met the owner a day later. A very decent family!!!! To the vacationers with respect. Dear friends! I recommend. Have a good rest at the Medlar Guest House. Thanks a lot from me personally to Lidia Vasilyevna. I liked everything, the price and quality are super! The sea is nearby, the place is quiet, no one bothers, there are two and large kitchens. The manager Borisovna is well done, the cleanliness is perfect! The only thing I would like is mosquitoes on the second floor in the kitchen, but otherwise 5 points!

We rested in Medlar from 11.08 to 17.08.23. I really enjoyed the rest. The guest house is located on the seashore and has a private beach. You can walk to the nearest beaches, which can be reached in a maximum of 5-10 minutes both to the left and to the right. There are two shared kitchens for cooking, on the 1st and 2nd floor. There are more than enough dishes. The tables for vacationers look out to the sea and are surrounded by trees that create shade on a hot sunny day. The hotel is very clean, the linen and towels are perfect. There is a shop, a cafe and a bus stop nearby, about 5-7 minutes walk to the market. I recommend everyone to relax in Medlar!

Good afternoon! I want to express my gratitude to Lidia Borisovna on my behalf for the wonderful vacation of my parents. There have been two years in a row (2022, 2023 and are already being configured for 2024!)) Below is a detailed review from the father.
In the guest house "Medlar" my wife and I rested for the second time. From 2 to 23 September. The geographical location is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance. Everyone writes about it in their reviews. But the most important thing is comfort and a friendly atmosphere. Thanks to the efforts of the manager Lydia Borisovna, ideal conditions for a carefree holiday have been created. Cleanliness and order are just perfect! Showers, bathrooms, kitchen - just a sample for many "cool" hotels. Paper, detergents, soap, napkins, towels are always at hand in the right places. The owners of the hotel, vacationers, are very lucky that Lidia Borisovna is engaged in management!!! She makes you feel welcome. Which is taken care of 24 hours a day. I will come myself, and I will advise my friends. Thank you very much!

Booked through booking a day before arrival.
They found it almost immediately. The place from the center is 10 minutes away by car, but we were not interested in the center.
I liked the fact that it is very clean. Borisovna is a strict woman (house manager), but everywhere is clean and tidy. He will tell you what you need if you ask.
I also want to note that there is a wild beach nearby, there are few people there, there is no lunch, go in the morning or in the evening. The sea is clean there. There is a cafe nearby (you can have a snack , I won't say that it's just cool, average) , it's convenient that there is Wi-Fi .
The view from the window is very cool!
The only thing that was not clear was why Borisovna did not have her own room, a person even without an air conditioner, and the heat there was just good. I hope the owners will make her a room after all.

It is necessary to take a room with air conditioning! In another version, mosquitoes will eat them, raptor does not take them. The kitchen and rooms on the second floor are much more comfortable than on the ground floor.
