It's a lovely cozy place. Great hosts. Sanjar recommended an excellent guide to Samarkand. The guest house is very cozy and quiet, spacious rooms, interesting design. There is a kitchen where you can cook food. Great room layout. Visitors don't interfere with each other.

A great place in the old town, not far from the Registan Square. Cozy rooms, friendly hosts. The guest house has a large courtyard where you can park a car, a separate cozy kitchen. I liked the retro exhibits, they are laid out in the house, on the territory of the hotel, as in a museum. I heartily recommend visiting this Guest House!

Great hotel and host. Everything is made with love, decoration, tiles, expensive doors, spacious bathroom. You get to a museum where older people get into their youth, and young people can see and touch the objects used by their fathers and grandfathers firsthand. The location is in the old town with narrow streets where you can feel the flavor of ancient Samarkand. We enjoyed staying in this place and communicating with the owner of the hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

This hotel has some advantages, a wonderful location - 10-15 minutes walk to Registan, a very stylish interior, the room is clean, bright, warm and very cozy. But the most important thing is the owner of the hotel, kind, open, pays maximum attention to the guests, will tell you everything and answer all questions, as well as he is a collector, he is happy to conduct excursions in his mini-museum. Perhaps the best guest house in the city center. Located in the old town, a historic place, the main attractions are just around the corner. The hotel is small, 6 rooms, but all rooms are with a soul, have a unique design. The owner of the guest house, Sanjar, is a wonderful, responsive, kind and hospitable Person. The guest has a cozy kitchen with a collection of appliances and furniture from the 50s and 60s. The courtyard is also filled with interesting antiques and wooden furniture.

A wonderful place in the Samarkand mahalla, the friendly host Sanjar, everything is clean and tidy, there are a lot of rare exhibits of the recent era in the rooms, and in the kitchen there is a real museum and library!!! Another advantage is that literally 5-10 minutes walk at a slow pace and you are on Registan Square and a pedestrian street, along which, walking slowly, you go out to the Siab bazaar and there you already have all the sensations of the colorful East!!!

A very cozy and atmospheric little hotel. The host Sanjar is very hospitable and friendly. The rooms are large and clean. The furniture and plumbing are in good condition. The hotel is located in the "mahal", which adds a local flavor. The hotel also has a collection of various antique items. There is a kitchen for self-catering.
Of the cons: there are no breakfasts.

The guesthouse where the owner and his family live, Sanjar. Very friendly host, checked in before 14 o'clock (we arrived at 11). We had a rest with a company of 8 people, booked 3 rooms. All three rooms are different from each other, each has its own highlight. There were bathrobes and a national musical instrument hanging in my room, I don't know what it's called. A large courtyard with a cot and a large table, where we gathered in the morning for breakfast and in the evening, after walking around the city. We stayed up late, Sanjar never made a remark, on the contrary, he said that we could sit at least until the morning. We did not meet such a friendly host anywhere else during our trip to Uzbekistan, although we were warmly welcomed everywhere. Sanjar immediately gave us a map of the city with the main attractions marked on it and sent links to the recommended cafes and places where you can have an interesting time on WhatsApp. On his recommendation, we ate kebabs in a local cafe, where only locals eat, and ate Samarkand pilaf in an institution that is popular with locals. The guesthouse is located in the mahalla, next to Registan Square (20 minutes at a leisurely pace), Shahi Zinda, bazaar. On his recommendation, we visited a very colorful bar, where we met a company of local classmates, who were gathered by a former Samarkand resident who flew from California to his brother's wedding. Many thanks to Sanjar for the 3 days spent in his house.

Absolutely wonderful place! A cozy room, a quiet shady courtyard-garden and a large comfortable kitchen. The room is spacious, the interior is made with taste and attention to detail. Large bathroom, there is always hot water. The room has wide beds, a wardrobe with a floor-length mirror, a table with chairs, a refrigerator and air conditioning. In addition to convenience and functionality, the kitchen is a kind of chamber museum with objects of history of various eras.
Convenient check-in and check-out conditions. I recommend it!

A wonderful place to stay - a quiet and peaceful place, but within walking distance to the tourist center and places where you can eat. Clean and cozy rooms with well-functioning plumbing, there is a courtyard and a kitchen with dining area. Everything is clean and comfortable - there is nothing to complain about. The owner of the establishment is friendly and caring and this relieved some of the possible problems and worries during the holiday.

The most wonderful guesthouse. Everything in the rooms is clean and brand new. Fresh renovation. In reality, it looks much better than in the photo, while everything is decorated in a national style. A nice cozy courtyard. The owner is wonderful. He will tell you everything, show you, and make your stay as pleasant as possible. And his Collection of rarities is generally a song 😍 we walked there like in a museum.
Registan is within walking distance. The prices for the rooms are pleasant. Special thanks for the blanket, it was cozy to sleep.
There are a few comments that I hope will help the owner to make his place even more cozy. But which did not spoil our impression at all.
There were not enough shelves in the shower. There is nowhere to put shampoo/shower gel. Although the curtain is blackout, it does not close until the very end and the sun begins to shine in the morning exactly in the eye, as well as the fire alarm, which is also clearly made above the bed and shines with a red lantern. The refrigerator was buzzing just as much, I had to turn it off at night. The absence of a TV didn't bother us at all, so I can't write it down as a minus, but it may be important for someone.

We are still here, but I really want to leave a review. The place is cool! The rooms are stylish, cozy, clean, it's so nice to live in them. The owner has perfect order everywhere. Everything is arranged /laid out / hung in such a way as to create beauty. There are a lot of interesting rare things in the house. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that it is cold in the room, there is no heating. The heating is air conditioned, which does not cope, (it was 21,12,23) otherwise an excellent hotel. The room is large, clean, and stylish. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, handmade soap as a gift. Spacious courtyard, Parking for cars, friendly host. I recommend it, but only in the summer

A better place in the city. Without thinking, just here. Very, very clean, caring. Everything is more beautiful inside than in the pictures. Super caring hosts. In general, so far in my rating it is the best place in Uzbekistan. And nearby (10 minutes on foot) the oldest Baths in Samarkand. I highly recommend it!!
