I lived there for 4 days from October 24 to October 28.
Of the advantages - the beds are clean, towels are provided, the location is good.
Cons - shared shower and toilet, very cold, you wash like outside. There is an air conditioner in the room, but it cannot be adjusted - there is no remote control. A guy came a couple of times and tried to set it up through the mobile app, but it didn't work out.
There were many misunderstandings about the cost of living. Many times, employees have raised this issue and asked for more money. We had to prove that we had already paid for everything.
I wouldn't have chosen it a second time.

We came from Kazakhstan with Children on vacation, on the recommendation of a taxi driver, we found this hotel, it looked clean and tidy, booked for a week, spent 2 nights on the 3rd day, canceled the reservation because it was very cold, plus the air conditioner and TV did not work. The children were bored , but it was also unpleasant for them . We explained the situation to the managers , our reservation was approved , but the money was not returned , the amount was not large . They withheld it for 2 days in addition , but they promised to return the rest of the amount within 3 days , but they still did not return it . It's not like the hotel is an abandoned building and the staff is strange, they don't know how to greet elementary people!

I do not advise anyone to stay in this hotel. They are very rude and don't know their job. There is no parking. The rooms are dirty, there is a nasty smell and cockroaches everywhere. The TV doesn't work, it was just hung up. There is a CAMERA in the room, but it is not known why. The air conditioner doesn't work either. You don't have to talk about Wi-Fi. The price for two is 350-400 thousand soums, but the hotel is not worth the money at all. In a word, it sucks!!!

I stayed for several hours - from 3 p.m. to 3 a.m. Clear. There is a kitchen and a room where you can drink tea. Alas, there was no hot water in the kitchen or in the shower.
It is very inconvenient that you need to take off your shoes and leave them outside. Slippers for being inside, of course, are not given out. It rained. My shoes are wet. I had to walk in wet shoes. In December.
Staff.
The receptionist who received me does not speak Russian. Only Uzbek. It's hard to talk to him, he doesn't understand anything.
By 3 o'clock, my place of residence was not ready. I waited 40 minutes.
It's not a very convenient place.

One of the advantages is a convenient location near the center, proximity to the airport. Of the minuses, they write on the booking that breakfast is included, but there is no breakfast, no normal eating area, there is no space to work with a laptop. The bathroom is constantly dirty.
